So, I have developed a double bubble on the left implant which is getting progressively worse and will require revision but Dr. won't do the surgery until at least a year...it looks terrible and is starting to give me some anxiety. The right side is great and seems to have healed perfectly.

Thanks for the pictures. I don’t think they look terrible but I can see the double bubble you are talking about . How soon after your revision did it start to happen? I know how you feel though, when you look at them and don’t see what you had imagined, it sucks to keep having to go through surgery after surgery. I see all these reviews from other women who have perfect , beautiful results the first time. Hopefully after you have it fixed you won’t have anymore problems! Is the Dr going to fix it for free?

2 weeks post op

Today marks 2 weeks post op. I am super happy with how they are looking so far. The right one is still riding high and swollen and I have to admit, the pain on that side is still fairly prevalent but I have been down to Advil/Tylenol combo for the past 5 days now. Surgical tape is still on but I will attempt to remove it tomorrow so I can check out the incisions.

Hi,could you post updated pics from your revision. What was actually wrong with the implant that you had fixed. I am also having some issues with my implants falling into my armpits and looking into a revision. How did you choose the 650uhp?
March 13, 2022
There was lateral implant movement, and the chest muscle wasn't released fully so it was pushing the implant towards armpit and wasn't allowing proper cleavage. I'm now having a different issue (double bubble) on the left side so it seems I just can't win!

I went for the 650 uhp because the 470's were looking a bit small and weren't giving me the cleavage I was looking for. I will post updated pics but don't mind the left one - it looks terrible.

Thanks for the info! I am so scared to get a revision and go bigger for those reasons.! Do I just keep what I have and deal with it or risk something else happening. What does your Dr say about the double bubble? Are you going to have it fixed and do you know what is causing it? Are you still happy that you went bigger and did it fix the lateral displacement and give you the cleavage that you were hoping for.

It's just implant malposition, but super annoying to deal with something else now. I am definitely happier with the size and the right side is perfect. The Dr did stitch some mesh internally on the right side to fix the implant from falling outwards, so that I would recommend asking about if you do decide to go bigger.

Healing update and incision update. Right side still sore, left side seems totally fine. Left side implant feels soft and squishy and the right is definitely still hard to touch and the chest pec muscle is very sore still. I can't bend over without discomfort. Overall, super happy with the revision but starting the think maybe I should have gone bigger. Boob greed is real, ladies!
