I had Botox done with Kendall. She explained things very well and listened to what I wanted before proceeding. Her injection technique was great and I appreciated the followup so she could see if it was turning out best for me.
Amazing. Dr. Rodgers is not only a very skilled surgeon, she’s a very compassionate and kind human being. I had originally had breast implant surgery with a different surgeon (male) based on recommendations from others. I wasn’t at all happy with the results and I was upset that that other doctor and his staff never really seemed to understand my goals or concerns before or after the sur...
I underwent breast augmentation surgery many years ago. I was never satisfied with the result: the shape, the feel, or really anything. I had been assured by the prior Denver-based plastic surgeon that the implants had been placed below the muscle but I had always been able to feel the edges of the implant. During my last mammogram one year ago, the x-ray tech told me that my implants were...
I had my breast augmentation procedure with Dr. Rodgers 2 months ago. Already, my results are better than I could have imagined. Very happy with the look. I would go so far as to say the size and shape are PERFECT. I'm still waiting for the scars to fade and for them to feel softer, but I know that can take some time. I will post photos of the final result a year from surgery. Highly...
I'm willing to bet that anyone reading this has (sadly) not won the lotto. I've occasionally daydreamed what that might feel like and am convinced it would be both euphoric and life-changing. You might have had the same thoughts and ultimately (and wisely!) put them away so as to not drive yourself crazy with the frustrating disappointment. But I'm here to tell you that the experience and o...
A: HI Sensible, I think that overall, you have a nice result. A slight revision certainly could be done to reduce the fat in the hip area and also beneath your right breast. I usually ask my patients to wait at least 10 months to let all the swelling go down before doing a revision. The same applies to your umbilicus which typically has more scar tissue in the area and usually requires more tie to settle down. You should discuss these issues with your plastic surgeon but I wouldl wait for a bit more time to let things settle down a bit more before having any revision surgery. Best, Dr. Christine Rodgers
A: HI aeowens1, I am sorry for your tear in the area and also sorry that someone tried to repair it without numbing the site before attempting surgery. It is a difficult area to repair due to the daily irritation of the area with urination , wearing pants , exercising, etc. With that said , however, it does have a chance to be repaired successfully. I would suggest that you visit with a plastic surgeon or urogynecologist in your area who does a lot of these procedures for an in person exam and a frank discussion of the risks and potential complications. In no circumstances, should this procedure be done without some sort of anesthesia. Good Luck, dear. Best, Dr. Christine Rodgers
A: HI tiny dancer, I am sorry about your result, but there are some things that could be done to improve the symmetry of your result. On the right side, there is not a lot that could be done to bring in more tissue there, other than to do some tissue advancements that could pose some wound healing problems, On the left side, one could take a tiny bit more tissue , without opening the area too much, to give more symmetry to the area. The good news is that your clitoris is well protected and at least the left frenulum is intact. Please see a plastic surgeon or urogynecologist in your area who is experienced in this type of surgery for another opinion and/or to do the revision surgery. Hope this helps a bit, Best, Dr. Christine Rodgers
A: HI hema2, I do no think that having hip and knee replacements form getting a Mommy Makeover. I do think, however, that whichever operation you get first, you must be FULLY mobile before getting the next surgery. A Mommy Makeover and knee replacements, especially , have a higher incidence of blood clots in the legs, which unfortunately can progress to a pulmonary embolism, which can possibly lead to death or a prolonged hospitalization. Be sure your plastic surgeon or ortho doc know what you are planning and the timing of your surgery. Good luck, Dr. Christine Rodgers
A: Hi supegirlpro, A labiaplasty definitely could help with correcting your asymmetry. You do not have to have an operation on the right side to correct the asymmetry. I typically charge less if I operate only on one side. Please search for plastic surgeons or urogynecologists in your area who perform many of these procedures. Best Wishes, Dr. Christine Rodgers
