I’m currently 1 day post operation and I am overjoyed with how well my process has gone! Very pleased with my entire process!! From receiving a quote to booking your surgery date, From selecting one of his recovery house suggestions to the cleanliness of the operation facility, From my consultation with the Doctor to meeting my anesthesiologist (which his energy and excitement about his job was unmatched) everything was comforting, professional and beyond satisfying. I could not have chosen a better surgeon. Dr. Paz assistant Maria was very nice to me and very fast with her replies to all of my questions! I received my quote within days on requesting and sending photos. After weighing my options and hearing so many women speak highly of Dr. Paz I ultimately chose him, and I’m very pleased with my decision. Along with the quote he included Recovery Homes he work with, which I’ll make a separate review for. I Verified my preferred surgery date was available and sent my deposit. Days before flying into Cali my Doctors new assistant, Natalie, contacted me and notified me that his original assistant I was in contact with (Maria) was in Canada and that I can contact her with all questions and concerns, which I appreciated the communication. The day before surgery was filled with things to do beginning at 7:30am. My driver picked me up from my recovery home and instructions on where he should take me was provided to us both. I first went to a clinic for blood work labs, then directly across the street to the Faja store, where I was fitted for the Faja included in my quote. Then I was drove to Dr. Paz office to meet his assistant, deliver lab paperwork and sign consent forms and additional paperwork (which was all in Spanish and translated by his assistant) . After that I went to the actual hospital where my surgery was performed to meet my anesthesiologist. I can not explain how comfortable this man made me, his energy was amazing and he explained everything perfectly and at this point I was excited and ready. After meeting my awesome anesthesiologist I went back to my recovery house to nap and wait for my actual consultation with Paz. Once The recovery home received the call that Dr. Paz was ready for me, my driver drove me back and I met with the amazing Harold Paz. He was very nice, professional, and assured me my results will amazing. He asked me to describe what look I’m going for and show pictures so he can have visuals. He assured me he will deliver. And that he did!!! The next morning I was picked up by my driver and his wife who accompanied me in the hospital. As I listened to gospel on my drive to the hospital she gave me a hand bible to hold and gave me a heartwarming hug and used google translator to let me know she already prayed for me( this was the highlight of the entire process) i felt so loved by this random woman of God. Once I arrived to the hospital I was directed to change into my scrubs and a nurse connected my IV and had me lay down until my doctor was ready (I laid 5 minutes max). My anesthesiologist came to greet me and explained what will happen once I step into the operating room. Then I went into a small bright white room so Dr. Paz could mark me for operation. After, he directed me to the room I was lying down in, until a nurse came to get me up and lead me inside the operating room. I was washed down with solution and sprayed with solution then directed to sit on operating table my anesthesiologist held my shoulders told me to relax and shortly after I was given medicine to sleep (which all of this he explained to me earlier when he came to greet me). Next thing I knew I woke up in a recovery room from a successful operation! Paz and his staff was sooo Amazing to me I can’t help but cry and thank God for connecting me to such an amazing person!! I could not imagine a better experience with anyone else.

It is 4:30am and my body is screaming :-( . I am 6 days post op and the pain from the past two days is at a 7/10. Every day truly has been different. Paz sent a nurse from his office to bathe me, clean incisions, take photos and do a write-up of my progress. She came every morning for 4 days. Day 1 post-op I was feeling great, even stood and bathed myself for the most part. Day 2, was HELL! I was very dizzy in the shower and could not stand. My nurse had to sit me down and bathe me (I was very dizzy while sitting so she made me sniff an alcohol pad, which worked well). Day 2 is when I got my first massage, and I’m not sure why after reading soooo many post about drainage massages EVERYONE forgot to mention HOW PAINFUL that [RS bleep] is!! I was literally seconds away from passing out on that table. I’m not a dramatic person and can take pain, but I did not expect that level of pain from the massage. I was very dizzy, ears were ringing and felt like I had to vomit the entire massage. I’m not even sure if I felt better afterwards lol, I was in total shock and once I got home I slept the entire day away. Day 3 I was able to stand in shower and bathe myself for the most part. Massage was again painful as hell, came home slept that day away too. Day 4 post-op was good. Stood in shower , bathed self and went to buy a medical donut pillow ($25 at Saluti) which is so comfortable. My massage was much better! Still painful as hell, but my masseuse gave me a full-body massage and switched it up so she wasn’t only targeting the lipoed areas. Therefor I was not experiencing excruciating pain the entire time, which I appreciated soooo much. Again I went back to Recovery home and slept like a baby. Those massages put me to bed every time. Day 5 post op My body is so uncomfortable and every inch is sore. The worse pain is in my chest area, it has been hurting all day nonstop for the past two days. Day 5 fell on a Sunday and the place where I get massages wasn’t open so I haven’t had one in 24 hours. Not sure if that’s why I am in so much pain, but my body is very inflamed and the pain is keeping me up. It is now Day 6 post-op I get a massage at 11am today and hopefully my body calm down. While update later.

My body is recovering great. I see a difference everyday. I wear my Faja every single day with lipo foams , ab board & back board. I get massages twice weekly. I still have pain in my sides & arms but it’s bearable. I am very satisfied with my results. My incisions are healing great. They are all flat. I use vitamin E & rose hip oil on them everyday so they can disappear. I can’t think of any complaints.
