WORTH IT
My body is recovering great. I see a difference everyday. I wear my Faja every single day with lipo foams , ab board & back board. I get massages twice weekly. I still have pain in my sides & arms but it’s bearable. I am very satisfied with my results. My incisions are healing great. They are all flat. I use vitamin E & rose hip oil on them everyday so they can disappear. I can’t think of any complaints.

You look GREAT! If you happen to see this two years later I'd love to know how you feel and look now. I'm more concerned about my longterm results.

Paz Update.

It is 4:30am and my body is screaming :-( . I am 6 days post op and the pain from the past two days is at a 7/10. Every day truly has been different. Paz sent a nurse from his office to bathe me, clean incisions, take photos and do a write-up of my progress. She came every morning for 4 days. Day 1 post-op I was feeling great, even stood and bathed myself for the most part. Day 2, was HELL! I was very dizzy in the shower and could not stand. My nurse had to sit me down and bathe me (I was very dizzy while sitting so she made me sniff an alcohol pad, which worked well). Day 2 is when I got my first massage, and I’m not sure why after reading soooo many post about drainage massages EVERYONE forgot to mention HOW PAINFUL that [RS bleep] is!! I was literally seconds away from passing out on that table. I’m not a dramatic person and can take pain, but I did not expect that level of pain from the massage. I was very dizzy, ears were ringing and felt like I had to vomit the entire massage. I’m not even sure if I felt better afterwards lol, I was in total shock and once I got home I slept the entire day away. Day 3 I was able to stand in shower and bathe myself for the most part. Massage was again painful as hell, came home slept that day away too. Day 4 post-op was good. Stood in shower , bathed self and went to buy a medical donut pillow ($25 at Saluti) which is so comfortable. My massage was much better! Still painful as hell, but my masseuse gave me a full-body massage and switched it up so she wasn’t only targeting the lipoed areas. Therefor I was not experiencing excruciating pain the entire time, which I appreciated soooo much. Again I went back to Recovery home and slept like a baby. Those massages put me to bed every time. Day 5 post op My body is so uncomfortable and every inch is sore. The worse pain is in my chest area, it has been hurting all day nonstop for the past two days. Day 5 fell on a Sunday and the place where I get massages wasn’t open so I haven’t had one in 24 hours. Not sure if that’s why I am in so much pain, but my body is very inflamed and the pain is keeping me up. It is now Day 6 post-op I get a massage at 11am today and hopefully my body calm down. Will update later.
