How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Hi guys,
Before my surgery I was on here 10 times a day reading everyone’s different experiences so I thought I would contribute!
My experience with Dr Harold Paz was 10/10!
February 25 I flew into Cali, Colombia with a good friend where I was met by Imi (imi recovery house is 5 stars but I’ll make another review for that) and my surgery prep started there. I had been conditioning my body for 2 months pre op (ie. vitamins, water, no alcohol or smoking, spinach, oatmeal, kale, leafy and iron packed meals) gym every day etc. However it is not necessary but I am very health conscious.
Anyway! Day 1 I was there checking in for blood work and measuring for faja (compression suit) everything was extremely smooth sailing, hemo was high and blood work was great.
Day 4 was surgery because he doesn’t operate on sundays! I made sure to sleep the night before despite being very nervous but I had Imi to keep me calm bless her heart. I arrived at 6 am and had to wait a bit for my IV drip. At the time I was on my period and forgot a tampon so we had to use a makeshift pad..
Anyway i met once again with the Anestesiologist who was very professional yet seemed like he loved his job. He made me feel great ! Lol
I was asleep the entire time didn’t feel anything
I woke up in the recovery room in the hospital with some pain and asked for pain medication which they administered and was waiting for Imi to come pick me up.
I was brought home and the healing started there.
Dr Paz didn’t recommend massages because I had some loose skin so I was doing radio frequency apts everyday 2 days after surgery. It sucked getting up and going to them but I insisted to stay with Imi which was out of the area so that’s the price I’ll pay.
If you’re anything like me I can’t sit and be bored for very long so I was always walking around but you do get very tired very quickly for the first week or so.
I ended up getting 8 massages while I was there because I had a lot of fluid. I was staying with my girlfriend who was also getting massages so I just used her masseuse.
Overall my experience with Dr Harold Paz was incredible his bedside manner was amazing he even tried speaking English, Maria his assistant was incredible she was able to translate and make sure I was happy and comfortable. (And her body is bangin)
