I had a Tummy Tuck procedure done by Dr. Pugash a year ago and I am absolutely happy with the results. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. My TT procedure went smoothly and I had no post-surgery complications. I truly recommend Dr. Pugash if you are considering a TT procedure. You are definitely in great hands, he’s amazing!

Finally decided to get my boobs done this year. Waited about 8 months after the online consultation to get it done. Could've got in for surgery way earlier however I couldn't afford to take any time off so decided to wait 8 months. Overall I'm very happy with my breast, they definitely look way better than before. However I do wish that I could've gone just a little bigger since I really wanted that full look. Originally I did ask if I could go for 400cc however dr pugash did not recommend me to go any higher than 375cc so I settled for 375cc. Updated on 5 Sep 2023: I’ve been massaging my breast a lot, and they have been dropping more and more as day goes by. Updated on 15 Sep 2023: Went to go get fitted today for a wired bra. They are honestly starting to settle in more and more as time goes by. Massaging them daily has been really helping. Cant wait to see what they look like when they are fully healed.

I am having my surgery tomorrow at the False Creek Surgery Centre with Dr. Eric Pugash. I am having a tummy tuck with muscle repair, liposuction, and a breast lift with augmentation. I gained a lot of weight in my two pregnancies. I was about 145lbs before pregnancy and was up to 200 lbs by the time I gave birth to my second child. I have lost 45 pounds over the past year and hope to lose about ten more to be at my pre-pregnancy weight. I have lots of loose stomach skin that my personal trainer and family doctor have confirmed will not go away even if I lost 30 more pounds. I enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Pugash and decided to book with him for several reasons. First of all, he has over 30 years of experience and outstanding reviews. He is incredibly confident and during my consultation, he explained everything with ease that I barely had any questions at the end. He listened to my concerns and told me how to prepare to get the best results possible. He suggested I lose a bit more weight (I've lost 15lbs since March). He is very realistic about what to expect and doesn't sugarcoat anything. Dr. Pugash's patient coordinator, Simone, is lovely and I have enjoyed speaking with her. She has a caring calmness and confidence about her that has put me at ease and made me feel reassured with my decision. I have large breasts already but have lost volume from two pregnancies and breastfeeding. I wanted to restore some lot volume with a small implant and a much needed breast lift. I was worried that a lift alone would leave me with breasts that felt too small in comparison to what I'm used to. He agreed I will need a small implant for the upper fullness I desire, but understood my request for my breasts to not be much bigger than they were originally. I am going with 350cc. I am incredibly nervous and am starting to feel sad/mom guilt over choosing to have this surgery. I keep reminding myself I deserve to feel good in my own skin. I will update once I am home from the surgery centre. I spend one night there and am discharged in the morning. Wish me luck! Updated on 20 Jul 2023: Phew! I can’t believe it’s been one week since surgery. Dr. Pugash was friendly and put me at ease the morning of surgery. He visited me after surgery and called me the day after I went home to see how I was doing. I won’t sugarcoat it: the recovery is hard. It is difficult to get up and walk around. My back is incredibly sore. My incision hurts and my muscles feel incredibly right. My chest is also sore. I had my first post-op appointment with Dr. Pugash yesterday where I finally got to see my results. It’s incredible to see myself without the loose skin and extra weight around my midsection. Even Dr. P himself seemed very impressed with my results. It makes the last very difficult week feel worth it. I hope it only gets better from here: the pain and the results!

I was very nervous and scared to go ahead with any sort of surgical procedure. I had difficult pregnancies with both my children. I gave it my all to my babies now it was time to give to myself. My husband and family have been so supportive. So I decided to do some research and try to find the best SURGEON for me. I came across Dr. Pugash over RealSelf and many different reviews and especially looking for someone local was important to me. I was looking for a very natural but also enhanced results. I booked my virtual consult with Simone and Dr. Pugash who have both been honest and kind. Dr. Pugash tells you how it is and how to get the best results without having multiple issues down the road. I appreciate that when it comes to my body and health. Also, Simone is the sweetest lady I have ever met she made me feel super confident in my decision. Also, after meeting Dr. Pugash he told me what he was able to do and how to get the best results for my body. I am so happy with my results and couldn't have asked for a better team to trust with my mommy makeover .

Since highschool I’ve always been very self conscious of my smaller chest and I knew that breast augmentation was something I really wanted to get later down in the road.. I was a 32A and I hated the way certain things fit or didn’t fit I should say.. Anyways fast forward to April 2021. I hadn’t looked into BA much however I was very aware of some of the risks involved in it. I’ve heard very good things about Dr Pugash and I knew he had a very long wait list so I decided to go ahead and book my consult with his assistant Simone who was absolutely amazing and efficient in answering any questions or concerns. First available time was February 14 2022. (Considered it a Valentine’s Day gift to myself haha.) It was a virtual consultation and it kind of was more informative on risks and such. My first impression of Dr Pugash was that he wasn’t as warm as I hoped. However I tend to be an overly sensitive human being haha. I did already know that I would be moving forward with the procedure regardless so this consult wasn’t really make or break for me. I put my $2500 deposit down to secure my date for June 9th and booked my Pre-Op for April I believe. When Pre-Op finally came along, I went in thinking I wanted 350CCs. I did plenty of online research comparing myself with the photos and statures of others.. (Very hard to pick that way since similar sizes can look different on everyone!) I just knew that I wanted to be a full C or max D. I was also very aware of boob greed so I did end up deciding on 375CC sub muscular inframammary incision. I did have many questions from the time in between all three appointments and Simone was always very prompt and understanding. I felt like a bother but she was consistently available to help regardless of the time.. A week before my surgery I actually ended up voicing my concern that I didn’t go big enough and she assured me that it wasn’t too late to change my mind. She went ahead and ordered 400CCs for me as well as the 375CCs. She let me know that I could make a last minute decision on my surgery date which made me feel at ease that they really want you to make the best choice possible for yourself no matter what. Fast forward again to surgery day! My appointment was for 11am so I arrived early with lots of nerves. My first time having any surgical procedure ever and I was thinking very much about that old movie “Awake”. (Anesthetic awareness is a huge fear of mine.) I checked into Valley Surgery Centre and the nurses were very kind and comforting. Answered the covid questionnaire, took the rapid test and into the gowns I go. The nurse administered some medications which I didn’t really listen to tbh (painkillers and antibiotics I think?). Was able to chat with the anesthesiologist for a bit who made sure I knew that anesthetic awareness is a real thing but very very uncommon for situations like this. (I had to ask!) Dr. Pugash then came in shortly and confirmed the procedure, the size, the incision and all the small details. Went into the operation room shortly where they inserted the IV (ouch I hate needles), asked me a few standard questions to make sure I was who I said I was and what operation I was getting. Shortly after they put the mask on and I woke up in the recovery room. I was very tired and groggy of course and I definitely felt like I could have slept some more. I wasn’t in a whole lot of pain, more discomfort than anything else and I wanted to rest for longer however I wasn’t able to. (This part felt a little rushed to me. After I woke up I was out of there within 15 mins.) Got home and rested a whole lot and day one post op was very unpleasant for me. All the common suspects.. Very tight chest (like an elephant was strapped to me), muscle spasms in the breast, fatigue, you name it. I took the pain killers like clock work every four hours. This was the same for the first two days after. It was unbelievably painful and uncomfortable for me. I ended up stopping the pain killers the end of day two because it was causing me to be bloated and constipated. Day three and four post op, the chest pain and spasms were a little less severe however now I was experiencing an immense amount of back and neck pain. Most likely because my chest was so tight and hurt so bad that I ended up hunching over to compensate most of the time. I slept a lot and really didn’t want to move whatsoever. I couldn’t bear it. Day 4 I had my post op appointment with Dr Pugash (yesterday.) Nothing exciting, told me I looked as I should and gave me the massages to use and instructed me that I could shower etc. By the end of this day, I’m feeling extremely frustrated and overwhelmed.. I can’t lift even a full water bottle, I can’t open doors, I can’t open lids.. I can’t even really breathe properly because I still feel the compression in my chest not to mention the compression on my ribs.. People I saw said I looked very pale.. The surgery was taking a huge physical and emotional toll on me. Post op depression.. I ended up crying for twenty minutes last night already regretting the decision (which I know is normal sometimes.) This is something I’ve always wanted and I knew recovery wouldn’t be a walk in the park but I didn’t realize how badly it would effect me. I just don’t want to get out of bed because I become tired and frustrated very quickly.. And I stress about these massages because my breasts are still so tender and raw. I don’t want to sound like a whiney brat because I made this decision for an elective surgery but it’s been really really really tough. Anyways hopefully this was helpful or informative in anyway. Will update soon if there are any changes…

Dr. Pugash is absolutely the No.1 doctor to go to when you want to have a breast surgery. He is always so professional and provide all detail information I need. He lets me know what to expect during and after surgery so that I wouldn’t worry too much about the recovery. He helped me to make the best possible choice and the result is fantastic. He listened carefully about what I want and gave me the best suggestion. I wished to go bigger but it turned out the decided implant size was a perfect match for my body. He is a true artist! Simone is such a wonderful lady and she is always helpful and caring. She kept me updated with every appointment and reply every email promptly even during holidays. I am now one month post op and I I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Dr. Pugash’ team. I started driving one week post op and now I resume 90% of normal activities except heavy lifting and golfing. I stopped pain pills only two days after surgery because he did such a good incision that I barely feel any pain. The only thing is the upset stomach which comes naturally after the antibiotics. I had more yogurt as suggested by Dr. Pugash and it really helped. My suggestion would be trusting the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Pugash‘s team and don’t worry too much, you will get great support and fantastic result here.

I went to Dr Pugash approximately 7 years ago for a consultation. I don’t think I was in the right mindset to follow through with surgery so I never booked it. Fast forward 7 years, I decided to book, and boy am I glad I did. First off, Dr Pugash’s staff (more specifically Simone) are an absolute treasure to deal with. If I had a question or a concern it was immediately addressed. I went into my pre-op appointment nervous as it’s obviously a big deal. As surgery approached, I was surprisingly not nervous. I was waiting for the nerves to come and they never did. The anaesthetist was so reassuring alongside Dr Pugash and the wonderful nurses. I had a little nap and woke up a changed woman! I can honestly say getting a breast lift and implants was the best decision I’ve ever made. I wanted to go bigger and Dr Pugash said no and I’m glad he did as they’re the perfect size for my body. I was quite disfigured prior to surgery and was expecting improvement but I got perfection (in my mind). I could have went with another surgeon and saved a few thousand dollars and got in for my surgery quicker but I wanted the best and I got the best. I seriously can’t recommend Dr Pugash and his staff enough. He is a magician and I can’t believe my results.

I had a BA from Dr. Pugash in 2016. Some time has gone by, but they still look great so I'll give him a shout out on here. My surgery was at the False Creek surgical centre and was managed by Simone, his right hand lady. She was wonderful to deal with, and gives great advice as well. Was sad not to be able to meet her in person, as she was at his other clinic every time I came in. Perfect healing process and beautiful results. I'm 5'6 / 140 lbs and went with 450cc Mentor Silicone implants. He does so many boobies, I bet he could do them in his sleep. My nipples are naturally low on my breast and I really wanted him to make them in the high center, but he refused lol. Said it would double the cost and give me big franken-boob lollipop scars because he'd have to cut off and reposition my nipples. (NOTE: Dr. Pugash did not actually say "frankenboob". he is very serious.) A gf of mine got a BA with a nipple lift around the same time as me from another dr, and I'm so glad he talked me out of it. Thank you Dr. Pugash!

I've always wanted a boob job, since I was 16 and realized that my boobs weren't going to come in. I've been dreaming about it for the last 10 years. After talking to a few friends who've gotten theirs done, they highly recommended Dr.Pugash. I did research for about 2 weeks and finally decided to grow some balls and book my consultation.
