WORTH IT
I've always wanted a boob job, since I was 16 and realized that my boobs weren't going to come in. I've been dreaming about it for the last 10 years. After talking to a few friends who've gotten theirs done, they highly recommended Dr.Pugash.
I did research for about 2 weeks and finally decided to grow some balls and book my consultation. I'm a 34b right now, the consultation isn't till February 2022 (which is fine since I'm not in a rush and would like to save quite a bit) but because of COVID it's virtual.
I'm excited, nervous, anxious - hopefully all goes well! Here are a few of my wish pics!

I would not feel comfortable with a virtual consultation, but maybe that's just me. For something as important as this I want in person. I go next month, in person, with hopes of surgery in July. I cannot believe booking for almost a year from now they are doing virtual because of COVID when we don't even know what COVID will look like in 3 months. Especially with all the vaccines becoming available.

They did say that if COVD gets better that the appointment will most likely be in person. With virtual appointments they use a program that shows you what your breasts will look like once augmented. Simone said that it's been quite popular since they've started doing it!

I recently had a BA and lift with Dr Pugash after multiple consults with other PS. He is by far the most thorough in his consults. First consult virtual was 1 hour photos uploaded prior, he uses a digital program with you to see potential outcomes....lots of detail covered followed by an 1 hour in person consult for sizing/implant type/profile ect. He is well worth the wait. The most experienced plastic surgeon in Vancouver. I'm extremely happy with my results and all of the care I received from him and his staff both before and after surgery! You are in the best hands.
