28, 5'8", 130 lbs. thinking 375- 400 Mod+ or HP - under muscle .. undecided!!

Okay.. so I've been on this site and researching for ages. From my teenage years I've known I've always wanted to get a 'boob job', and I didn't really think it could happen until about last year. After going back and forth in my head about the possibilities I finally had my consultation in Kelowna BC with dr. Peterson. He was great, it was a pretty short appointment and he was very straight...

29 Yo 5ft 6 150lbs Pre Op 34c/d Going for 600cc HP Silicone Implants

I am a 29 year old looking to get volume back in my breasts after weight loss. I've always wanted a breast augmentation, but never really made it a priority until about a year ago. Last January I reevaluated some of my life goals and realized I really wanted to get myself some new boobs for my upcoming 30th birthday. At the time I was overweight/obese, and like most women had been "trying to...

48 Years Old - 2 Kids - Weight Loss - Kelowna, BC

I have found this site very helpful, so I would like to document my experience. In October I went to meet Dr. Peterson to find out about getting implants. He was highly recommended by friends. He was very nice but told me that I needed a lift as well as implants. I was very disappointed with this news. The cost for a lift is much more and it is a more difficult surgery than implants alone...

27, 2 Babies, Can't Wait for my BA

Hi everyone! 8 weeks until my surgery! I'm so excited but a bit nervous on the size...I'm 5'8, 133 lbs and currently about a 34 B. I've breastfed 2 babies and got up to a big D during that. I love the look of "fake" boobs..high cleavage and round. My dr is suggesting 500cc "gummy bear" HP. Anyone with my frame have those? Would love to see a pic. I'm nervous they may look to big. I'm also...

30 Yr Old IBTC Member No More! - Kelowna, BC

Love Dr Peterson. I went from 32A to 32ddd with 600cc HP silicone. Him and his staff are very patient and helpful with any questions I had and continue to have during my recovery. He ran late with the patient before me so I was an hour late getting into the OR but I had my own private waiting room with TV and a comfy chair to wait in.

35 Year Old Planning on 375 Ccs - Kelowna, BC

Ba surgery date is coming fast and I'm getting crazy nervous! I've wanted bigger boobs for as long as I can remember. I kinda got screwed over since everyone in my family is very well endowed and I've never been more then an a cup. After I had my son I dropped down to AA sized. I'm definitely going back and fourth between 375 and 400 since I'm going under muscle. I'm also feeling nervous since...

5'0, 105lbs, 32B to a 32D with 375CC's - Okanagan, BC

I went from a small 32B to a 32D and with great pleasure I can say that the results are exactly what I wanted. They still need to drop but I know once they do I will be very satisfied. I am a burlesque dancer, and with small breasts I always felt behind "developmentally." The costumes and other clothes never fit how they were supposed to, and I was always disappointed with the results. Now, I...

From 34AA to 34C - Kelowna, BC

After gaining over 60 lbs and then losing it with 2 pregnancies & breastfeeding 2 kids, then doing a lot of weight training I lost almost all of my boobs. I became like an airport and so flat chested with a couple of long nipples sticking out. I didn't even fit any of my bras anymore and clothes didn't look right so I decided to get implants. Surgery was faster than expected and less pain...

325/350cc moderate plus profile gummy bear implants placed submuscular- Kelowna, BC

I spent over an hour doing my first post and the system erased it, really hoping this one works... I've been struggling with the idea that if I go ahead with BA surgery somehow I'm not as spiritual or confident as I thought I was. I have many friends who have had it done and have never judged them...just admired how they looked...but when it came time to decide if I was going to do it, the...

Redness around scar and some swelling 3 weeks after B.A. surgery. Is this normal or is it potentially infected? (Photo)

The redness may be just from irritation from your bra, but the warmth at this point is a concern. A round of antibiotics would be useful. You should... READ MORE

Will 535cc uhp round silicone be too big for me at 5ft 8 150 lbs? (photos)

I'm not sure 535 uhp is too larger given your height and weight.  I think it is good to show your surgeon photos of what you want to look like, and ... READ MORE

2 years post op of Breast Augmentation, would an Areolar Reduction interfere with a "permanent stitch?"

I don't believe reduction of the areola by itself really works, especially if an implant is put in at the same time. Many surgeons try and reduce the... READ MORE

Should I be needing a drain?

No. Drains are not required in primary breast surgery. They do not prevent a hematoma, are uncomfortable and a nuisance. READ MORE
