Well ladies, it’s been slightly over a year now and I’m so in love with my boobs and the results I got. I love never having to wear a bra even though I’m a 32E (DD). It’s the first time in my life where I’m actually perky and don’t feel self conscious walking around naked. It’s the best thing I ever did for myself. I’m so glad I did.

7 months post op already and I couldn’t be happier! Whereas my self consciousness took up a huge part of my brain, and there was no way I would walk around naked, now, all those feelings are gone. I couldn’t care less if I’m seen naked by my boyfriend. My confidence is so high and I look smashing in clothing. It truly was one of the best decisions of my life in terms of self care. I have absolutely no regrets about doing this and don’t care what people think. To those who don’t understand, it may seem vain and bending to society’s impossible standards but those of us who do understand, we know it’s so much more than that. It’s about getting our bodies back, our self- esteem and self-confidence returning and about finally feeling free of our self consciousness and shame.
