Dr. Jeff is incredible! I cannot recommend him enough! I have had two tummy tucks, a thigh, lift, two breast, augmentation and lifts, as well as liposuction on my stomach legs and back… Every surgery has been incredible and his work is fabulous! I can't recommend him enough, it's been a while, I'm going in for some liposuction touchups this week, but he literally is so gifted. I am very grateful to call him my doctor. I have sent countless referrals his way, And will continue to do so… as he is the best of the best.
Dr Jeffrey Umansky is great! He did cover everything with me, explained all my options, was nice and understanding. The whole process was amazing and he made feel comfortable specially after having a post traumatic surgery disaster with a lame dr in Beverly Hills, he helped me to have trust again in a good dr, to be myself, and being happy when looking at myself in the mirror. His post operation follow ups are amazing: he has been checking on me after a week, after one month, after three months, six months and the last one will be after a year! I love how much he cares and how he loves his career and patients. 100 % recommended. Thanks Dr Jeffrey!
I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves but I struggled a lot of my life with body issues I could not be happier with Dr.Umansky and his ENTIRE staff. I went to him back in 2018 for a Breast Aug and you can see my photos are from 2021-Jan 22 so years later and a pregnancy they still look amazing. Bedside manner, communication, and obviously the results are of a truly skilled surgeon.
I've been pretty unhappy with my breast since 2019 when I made the worst mistake and I went with breast augmentation instead of a lift. Long story short to try and avoid a lift my husband researched just adding implants and saw some great reviews and before and after photos. So the PS we chose went with that. Well I was already a 36-38 DD. He went with high profile 700cc saline implants. When I woke up I was in so much pain that medication wasn't even helping and the implants where literally up to my chin. It did not look good in the slightest. I had huge implants and saggy boobs hanging over them. Looked like two different problems. I tried to give the implants time to drop and settle before really bing negatibe about it but as time went by all I had were really big watermelons on my chest and my breast were even saggier then ever. Then I got pregnant to to it off. So after 3 years of depression, being extremely miserable, and unable to lose all the weight I wanted, I decided to just go get them fixed. I'm not going back to the same PS. I found Dr Umanski, Jeffery. My surgery is scheduled in a couple days. September 1st. I'm excited and nervous. I had my 700cc implants deflated a couple days ago so we could determine a good size for me. I'll be doing 415cc saline implants this time with a breast lift. But just having the saline drained I've felt much better. I'll post before and after pix soon. Updated on 4 Sep 2022: Surgery was September 1st. I wasn’t schedule till 11:45 pm. Man the dry mouth was insane. Anyways all went well thank god. Pain was bad but norco helped a lot. I had to go back in for 1 day post op at 7:15 am. Sooo so early. But I was able to take a look at my new boobies. Doctor asked me what I thought and I was like they look weird. Which toe they did. I mean I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a breast lift. I’m super swollen especially on the sides. I didn’t expect that. I’m high and super tight. They are not round. And I wasn’t expecting them to look like the finally result in all fairness. I just wasn’t sure what to expect of me. It’s been few days now and I can see how they are starting to fill out in the right places. I’m a very impatient person so this will be a mind game for me. But I am not disappointed so far. He is a great PS. I just need to wait for the drop and fluff. I’ve seen many other breast lifts and I was like oh boy. But then the finally result is gorgeous. One thing when doing this is patience. My right breast seems to have stopped the little bleeding it had. But my left seems to be a bit more stubborn. I only took my narcotics pain meds for 3 days. I am now only on Ibuprofen (per doctor). I can actually pull my arms up and shower with ease. I feel like this recovery so far is going really well. The only difficult part is my 2 1/2 year old. He just wasn’t to jump all over me and I’m constantly blocking him. Poor little guy. I did stay away for the first 3 nights. My son is a human climber lol. So that was my biggest concern. So far so good but I do have to be on guard. I am posting some pictures of before surgery. I had my previous implants deflated a week prior to surgery so that we could decide on a good size this time. I wanted at least half the size I was before. I had 700cc and I went with 415cc. Hopefully I will have gone from a 38G to a 38DD. That’s two cup sizes down. And what I was before I ever made the awful mistake 3 years ago of 700 cc saline implants. Updated on 18 Sep 2022: I’m 18 days out and things are coming along good. I am currently dealing with a couple of incisions at the t zone part of both breasts. Seems as though it’s taking that part a little longer to close up. I am putting neosporin and covering it up per my ps orders.I also have been noticing I have itchiness going on. I will ask about about that. I’m trying so hard not to scratch, but omg!!! I read it can be normal. Also I’m noticing my left breast looking a little nicer then the rat one. I think the left has dropped some while the right as not. But it’s barely even noticiable. I notice cause I’m OCD. Lol I’m able to sleep flat now and on my side if propped up. So that nice. I’m definitely excited to see what the end result looks like. I’m currently still in my surgical bra cause of the two open incisions. So until those are healed up I’m holding off on sports bras. I have some photos going up at my 2 week mark. And I’ll post in a few days what my 3 week pics look like for comparison. Updated on 18 Sep 2022: Updated on 3 Oct 2022: I can’t believe it’s been a month already. Today I had my 1 month follow up and everything looks good. PS said I should continue to drop and round out. The problem areas I’ve had issues with are looking better. There’s no infection. And I need to continue the neosporin. He also said I can start upper body exercises, just keep the weights light for a few more weeks. All restrictions lifted in two weeks. I’ve also started scar treatment. I’m using biocorneum. It’s so pricey though, damn! Over all I feel great, I’m just now barely able to tolerate sleeping on my side. I haven’t done any bra shopping just a few sports bras. I did measure one of my smaller bras that I have 38DDD. And it seems to fit perfectly. I’m in a XXL sports bras unless it has super stretch then a XL. Since surgery though and my lack of exercise I’ve gained like 6 pounds . I feel it mostly in my clothing. I also missed my period. I was 34 days late. Yikes. Not sure why I didn’t get my period but at least I finally got it. I was starting to freak out a little even though I took a pregnancy test prior to surgery. One annoying thing with this recovery is the itchiness. Sheesh but my ps said thats normal during recovery. Can’t wait to see the end results. So far I’m very happy with how things are turning out. Such and improve my from what I had before. I was hoping to be a DD and I may actually be that after swelling goes away completely we will see but even if I stay at DDD I’m happy with that. I still had a lot of breast tissue prior to surgery. Has anyone lost a significant amount of weight after they’ve had a breast lift? I’ve searched for review on this and nothing. I’m just curious cause I do still have weight to lose and I plan on losing it but I did read that’s to not impact results it has to be done very slowly and no yo-yo dieting and weight fluctuations. Anyways I’ll end it hear and post some 3 week and 4 wwwk pics. Updated on 3 Oct 2022: My 3 week and 4 week pics
At the naive age of 23 I had a breast augmentation in 1997 in Rosario. It resulted in crooked nipples that pointed in opposite directions and a weird bubble in my right breast. They looked good in clothes but not naked. I had breast revision surgery with Dr. Jeffrey Umansky in November 2021 where he removed and replaced my implants with a size 24% smaller and the results are amazing. My nipples face forward and are aligned and they look and feel so natural. I never imagined an outcome this incredible and am over the moon with the results.
I could not recommend Dr. Jeffrey Umansky more as a plastic surgeon. He is incredibly skilled and has a wonderful demeanor that just puts you at ease. I underwent a breast augmentation with him and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome! From consultation to post-op care, Dr. Umansky and his entire team made this process so smooth and I always felt reassured that I made the right choice in choosing him for my procedure. The results exceeded expectations (see photo for yourself). I was previously an A cup and never felt like my breasts were proportioned to my body. I wanted natural looking larger breasts and Dr. Umansky delivered. I have never felt so confident as I do now when wearing bathing suits and dresses no longer gape at the top. My only regret is not having done this sooner!
I had a consultation with drJeffrey Umansky today. He and his staff ( Terri) were all so nice and kind . Dr. Jeffrey answered all my questions so clearly even before I asked him the question:-) . I had been waiting for this a long time
From consultation, pre op, surgery and post op...Dr. Jeffrey Umansky an his team did an excellent job in my overall breast augmentation experience. I trusted him and he delivered. I will be back! I couldn't be my an more happier! You will be too! Updated on 9 Jul 2020: My breast are slowly taking its shape with lots of massaging and stretches. It looks and feels great. I’m satisfied overall.
I got my breast implants in 2004. They were fun accessories but I have changed over the course of fifteen years and the implants were causing me to have very intense rib cramps. The cramps in my ribs were so bad that I would be momentarily paralyzed and could not breathe. I could also see rippling on the sides of my breasts. To those of you who are considering breast implants, I would like to urge you to not get them. My friends at the time when I got my implants made it sound like getting implants was super easy and not painful at all. They were like "Yeah, you just go to sleep, take some pain pills for a week and then you have a great set of boobs to show off in your bikini." This was not the case for me. I was in a lot of pain for about six months after receiving the breast implant surgery. I am not at the four-month mark from my breast removal surgery and although the pain has subsided, my breasts hurt. I asked Dr. Umansky how long it typically takes to completely heal from the surgery. He said that complete healing from surgery typically takes six months to a year. I know for a fact that plastic surgery is not for me. It's just too painful and I guess I am ok with ageing. My mind and body feel better as time passes. If you decide to go the plastic surgery route, Dr. Umansky and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I love the way my natural breasts look and I give Dr. Umansky a million thanks for the excellent work.
I chose to remove my breast implants with fat grafting to breasts, no issues, just wanted a more natural look. Couldn't be more grateful and satisfied with the whole experience and results! Thank you Dr. Umansky and staff!!
