I had an IPL procedure done on my face with Danielle Foust, RN, in January 2023 and she an exceptional job! Danielle is very patient centered and discussed any areas of concern that I had before starting. She was considerate of my comfort level during the procedure. She is kind, personable and was willing to share her knowledge with any questions that I had. My skin looks amazing!! I absolutely love the results. Thank you!

If you are looking for an Esthetician, Kris G is the person. She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and truly cares about your skin. I had my facial today and it was relaxing. My skin feels soft, is plumped up and rejuvenated. The amazing thing about Kris techniques is my skin just gets better by the days. She is also knowledgeable with products and sets you up on what your skin needs and explains when and the order to use your products. Kris your the best and thank you for mixing it up to accommodate what’s best for my skin.

I was referred to Umansky Skin Clinic for hyperpigmentation after having poor results elsewhere. I had several Dermal Infusion and MicroPen treatments done with Amy, Kris and Stacey and they were so knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer all of my questions. They pointed me in the right direction and are continuing to help me lighten my stubborn dark patches and I'm so grateful for their help.

I've visited Umansky Laser Center on two occasions (March and June, 2019) and both times the experience was terrific! I had Botox and Juvederm the first visit, then return and Stacey Ross did Sculptra, Dysport and Juvederm. My cheeks, jawline and lips now look full and fresh, and I am nearly wrinkle free. They did a thorough job of discussing the options that best aligned with my goals (as a 50 year old career professional) and made sure I didn't feel "overdone". They also discussed several skin care products with me.

The entire experience was top notch and I am extremely pleased with the results. Shauna Costello, the Practice Manager, made me feel warm and welcome and put me at ease during every step of the process. I also appreciated that she followed up with me periodically to see if I had any questions and/or if the results were as I expected ... they were actually WAY better than I planned. I can't wait to return for IPL services next!

I have been getting Botox for more than 20 years. It is difficult to stay with the same provider because life shows up and things change. It has always been a bit stressful when I have to go to a new provider because the trust has to be established. Stacy made my transition very simple due to her impeccable bedside manner, skill set and level of patience. I have had 2 treatments to date with her and could not be happier. I selected the doctors and this facility based on my research of their credentials and medical competency. In addition, I interviewed several plastic surgeons, then visited their offices before I made my selection.

Doctor Charles Umansky was the first physician to see me and remained my surgeon for many years. I had always been completely satisfied with my treatment until he retired, but was pleased to have his son Doctor Jeffery Umansky assume my cosmetic needs. The transition to Doctor Jeffery Umansky was seamless and occurred without any issue. He was easy to get to know and patiently listened then answered all my questions.

When I was ready to have a full face lift, I did not hesitate to contact Doctor Jeffery Umansky for this very delicate surgery.

He understood my needs and I decided to include a lower eyelid lift. Both he and his staff treated me with utmost care and were sensitive to my needs throughout the procedure and all the follow ups. I could not have been more satisfied with my results and have referred all my friends to Doctor Jeffery Umansky for all their plastic surgery needs.

I never had a chance to meet the doctor because his staff does not correspond well. They are slow to respond to emails and will take their time returning calls. I wanted to schedule a consultation, however, the way they communicate scared me off. If I am going to have a major surgery, I expect that the doctor’s office can be easily reached.
