I've been pretty unhappy with my breast since 2019 when I made the worst mistake and I went with breast augmentation instead of a lift. Long story short to try and avoid a lift my husband researched just adding implants and saw some great reviews and before and after photos. So the PS we chose went with that. Well I was already a 36-38 DD. He went with high profile 700cc saline implants. When I woke up I was in so much pain that medication wasn't even helping and the implants where literally up to my chin. It did not look good in the slightest. I had huge implants and saggy boobs hanging over them. Looked like two different problems. I tried to give the implants time to drop and settle before really bing negatibe about it but as time went by all I had were really big watermelons on my chest and my breast were even saggier then ever. Then I got pregnant to to it off. So after 3 years of depression, being extremely miserable, and unable to lose all the weight I wanted, I decided to just go get them fixed. I'm not going back to the same PS. I found Dr Umanski, Jeffery. My surgery is scheduled in a couple days. September 1st. I'm excited and nervous. I had my 700cc implants deflated a couple days ago so we could determine a good size for me. I'll be doing 415cc saline implants this time with a breast lift. But just having the saline drained I've felt much better. I'll post before and after pix soon.

Surgery was September 1st. I wasn’t schedule till 11:45 pm. Man the dry mouth was insane. Anyways all went well thank god. Pain was bad but norco helped a lot. I had to go back in for 1 day post op at 7:15 am. Sooo so early. But I was able to take a look at my new boobies. Doctor asked me what I thought and I was like they look weird. Which toe they did. I mean I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a breast lift. I’m super swollen especially on the sides. I didn’t expect that. I’m high and super tight. They are not round. And I wasn’t expecting them to look like the finally result in all fairness. I just wasn’t sure what to expect of me. It’s been few days now and I can see how they are starting to fill out in the right places. I’m a very impatient person so this will be a mind game for me. But I am not disappointed so far. He is a great PS. I just need to wait for the drop and fluff. I’ve seen many other breast lifts and I was like oh boy. But then the finally result is gorgeous. One thing when doing this is patience. My right breast seems to have stopped the little bleeding it had. But my left seems to be a bit more stubborn. I only took my narcotics pain meds for 3 days. I am now only on Ibuprofen (per doctor). I can actually pull my arms up and shower with ease. I feel like this recovery so far is going really well. The only difficult part is my 2 1/2 year old. He just wasn’t to jump all over me and I’m constantly blocking him. Poor little guy. I did stay away for the first 3 nights. My son is a human climber lol. So that was my biggest concern. So far so good but I do have to be on guard. I am posting some pictures of before surgery. I had my previous implants deflated a week prior to surgery so that we could decide on a good size this time. I wanted at least half the size I was before. I had 700cc and I went with 415cc. Hopefully I will have gone from a 38G to a 38DD. That’s two cup sizes down. And what I was before I ever made the awful mistake 3 years ago of 700 cc saline implants.

How are you feeling? I recently had my breast revision ( new implants and lift). I felt like you. My breast tissue was hanging over my implant ( but mine had ruptured). I’d love to know how you’re feeling now that’s it been a couple weeks. :) I’ve noticed changes at two week periods. :)

Hi, I'm feeling pretty good. No more pain and I've started to exercise again. No upper body workouts just legs and cardio. I am starting to notice some changes in my breast. Like they are starting to round out. He told really noticed any drop but I think it's still to early to even tell. How far out are you?

I’m 18 days out and things are coming along good. I am currently dealing with a couple of incisions at the t zone part of both breasts. Seems as though it’s taking that part a little longer to close up. I am putting neosporin and covering it up per my ps orders.I also have been noticing I have itchiness going on. I will ask about about that. I’m trying so hard not to scratch, but omg!!! I read it can be normal. Also I’m noticing my left breast looking a little nicer then the rat one. I think the left has dropped some while the right as not. But it’s barely even noticiable. I notice cause I’m OCD. Lol I’m able to sleep flat now and on my side if propped up. So that nice. I’m definitely excited to see what the end result looks like. I’m currently still in my surgical bra cause of the two open incisions. So until those are healed up I’m holding off on sports bras. I have some photos going up at my 2 week mark. And I’ll post in a few days what my 3 week pics look like for comparison.

PS... I had mine done in 2018 and a revision on the right breast in 2021. Honestly, it takes about 6 months before they 'girls' will be balanced.
