Post-Pregnancy Procedures
What sets me apart from other surgeons doing "Mommy Makeovers", is that I don't call this serious surgical procedure a "mommy makeover", which trivialises what should be a big deal for each patient to consider and then embark on. I will explain in clear terms what can and cannot be achieved, and what the risks and pros and cons are, and I will expect you to give due adult consideration to your decision to proceed. I will also want you to be at or close to a goal weight set by you, and be non smoking 6 weeks prior to the surgery. If you do your part, then I will achieve as good an outcome as any surgeon on this website can, with a very low and neat abdominal scar, in a safe manner, without charging the earth.

That's the one and only thing I was going to say about this, but Realself made me write at least 200 characters, now I know how the patients feel writing a review!
Breast Surgery
The decisions that you and your surgeon will make prior to surgery can be confusing, especially as you are doing your homework on Realself and elsewhere online without a deep understanding of the nuances. Over or under the muscle? Smooth or textured? Which company makes the best implants? I personally spend an hour over 2 consultations with prospective patients before operating on them, to explain (not sell) the pros and cons of every one of those decisions. All my patients will also spend an hour doing a formal breast sizing consultation with a staff member, ensuring that the implants size we choose is optimal for you and not an afterthought.
I tend to stick to patients who are after a more natural look, and who are happy to pay (a little bit) more to have the surgery done by an experienced surgeon, safely in a proper hospital with overnight facilities.
This is all my polite way of saying 'smart people have breast augmentation too'.
