I have always had an insecurity about my abdomen after having kids and when I stumbled across Dr. Rollins on Instagram I was instantly intrigued. It tuned out there was an Elite Body Sculpture within a mile from my house, so I decided to enquire. Everything was smooth from the first appointment to payment and through the entire process. I will say this, yes, they are right about the "downtime" however some thought should really go into not only the week after the procedure but also the next month. I had my upper and lower abdomen and flanks done by Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa and he was assisted by his RN, Jackie. Both of these people are wonderful at what they do. Dr Mosharrafa is a physican but also an artist and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't say the procedure hurt, but it was uncomfortable at times. Today marks 2.5 weeks and I'm just starting to notice all of his handy work. I did take Arnica 3 times a day a week before the procedure and a week after. My bruising was completely gone by 7 days, but I was still swollen and tender to the touch. I made sure to get 10k steps a day, no alcohol and no working out for the first 2 weeks. I also wore my compression garments for 2 weeks. I am and was very realistic with my expectations. I am not overweight and I not only exercise, but I compete in running and biking events. I want to say that they maybe took a pound and a half off of me so it's not a weight loss procedure but more of a removal of fat pockets. My incision sites are healing up great and so far, I have zero complaints. There are some things I would urge people to take note on though; It is expensive. Believe me if I could have removed the small amount of fat with diet and exercise, I would have. I didn't have enough to remove for a tummy tuck, but this was a great solution to my " problem area." Another thing to take into consideration, you have to wear compression for a few weeks to a few months. This may not seem like a big deal but try wearing it for a few days and you will see what I mean. Also, alcohol... you have to give up alcohol for the week before and 2 weeks after which isn't a big deal for some but for others it might be. I actually liked my break from wine, and I think I'm actually losing weight because of no wine at night so I'll keep going with it. All in all, it's been great so far. I will post some photos in another week or two when the swelling has gone down more but as for my opinion, don't waste anymore of your life not liking yourself. If something bothers you that badly just do it. Who knows? You may just be bringing sexy back:)

Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa was the first of 3 consults for me, but I knew from the beginning that I would be choosing him. His bedside manner is exceptional, he made me feel relaxed from the moment I met him. He is very pleasant, answered all of my questions with zero hesitation, and was very up front with what he could or could not do for me. He spoke to me as a person and not just another number walking through his office. Even after surgery he was very attentive and caring. He does all of his follow up appointments, so you are not handed over to an assistant or nurse. His entire office is amazing, I can't say enough about them.

In November 2018 I had liposuction on my outer thighs, hips, and full abdomen with Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa. Liposuction was something I had always considered, but the procedure and downtime made me very nervous. The care from Dr. Mosharrafa and his staff is unlike any I have any I have experienced. Each and every staff member I encountered made me feel so at ease. I cannot say enough about how genuine the staff is. They truly want each patient to be happy. They make each visit an enjoyable one. I have never looked so forward to going to a doctors office! Once I had the surgery, Dr. Mosharrafa followed up with me frequently and made the entire experience so easy. The downtime from the surgery was very, very manageable. I am now six months out from my surgery and I am beyond happy with results. I look in the mirror daily and still can't believe that is my body I'm looking at! The results are absolutely amazing!! My self confidence has sky rocketed, I feel so good in my skin. I feel like this is the body I was meant to have. I would highly recommend Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa for any cosmetic surgery you are considering. He's an artist and truly cares about each of his patients. My only regret is that I didn't do this surgery sooner!! If you are at all considering any sort of plastic surgery, do not wait! The second set in clothing was taken when I decided to have the procedure vs 4 months post. I have no Spanx on in the picture on the right which was part my motivation for surgery.

Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa is such an amazing Dr. and outstanding surgeon! I'm so blessed to have read many reviews that assured me this was the Dr. for my reconstruction of a problem with my implants that were leaking after being in my body for 37 years. He restored me to feeling beautiful once again. He makes it easy from the moment you meet him and explaining everything in details that is easy to understand. Not only is he clear about what you need, he gives you such assurance before surgery and answers your questions. The day of surgery the way he and his staff and his anesthesiologist handles everything gives you a confidence that all is going to go great and could not be more perfect!!! That is what happened for me. My healing could not be easier. I've had no problems at all! It's wonderful to have such a great recovery and I will always Thank God for Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa. Dr Tamir Mosharrafa is amazing. He truly is an artist. He completed my breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy. To say that he is talented is a true understatement. His years of working with reconstruction patients truly shows. His bed side manner is amazing. I never felt rushed or like he didn't have time for me. His staff is warm and welcoming.

I had a bilateral mastectomy and began reconstruction in early 2013, five years after my first bout with breast cancer. It took just over 3 years to complete the reconstruction due to infections with required removal of the expanders and dorsal flap surgery plus lots of antibiotics. Dr. Tamir Mosharraf and his staff were wonderful. They supported and encouraged me throughout. Dr. Mosharrafa's professionalism and skill made this difficult journey possible. My case was a bit unusual. He explained everything, found an infectious disease doctor for me and was always positive. The final results are excellent. He is a superb plastic surgeon.

Best decision I have ever made in my life!!! Dr. Tamir is a "miracle worker". The staff is the best always addressed you by name as soon as you walked in the door even if they had a room full of people that had already checked in prior to your arrival. I would do it all over again if I had too, I've always had very large stretched out breast down to my navel. :-( I wanted a reduction years ago and finally got tired of taking so many pain meds to get through the day with the shoulder, back, neck and headaches. I was approved by my insurance within 2weeks of my original visit. I have BCBS, I paid a total out of pocket about 600$ to completed my deductible and the insurance paid the rest. I have no scaring thank god and I will have another follow up in 6months and if my working out has not taken off my love handles I will be getting that done next. This brother duo is the best and their surgery center is literally connected to the drs office which makes it more convenient and affordable. I have since recommended 2 other ladies one is now awaiting approval from insurance company.

My nose was naturally very petite and nearly perfect but I wanted a small bump removed and a bit narrower. My result is perfection! Very natural looking. He has also done liposuction and a breast augmentation on me. All of my results were even better than imagined. I could not be more satisfied!!!!!!
