Every experience I have had there with him or one of his staff (including front staff and nurses) has been nothing but wonderful, calming and rewarding. Dr. Searles is a very caring dermatologist. My face had lots of acne and he helped me. The treatment took a while but at the end all was good. As is expected with accutane there was some dryness but that was manageable. I was using some creams as well but I think it was accutane that helped the most. thank you
