I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect at this clinic. I was unsure what to expect, as I had never been to a dermatology clinic before. From the front desk, to Elizabeth, the lady who spent most of her time with me, I never felt rushed or pushed into anything - in fact, quite the opposite. The doctor was very busy, of course, but very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. This appointment I decided to have the wrinkles in my forehead worked on. They were able to do it immediately, as I had mentioned that I most likely wanted this done when I made the initial appointment. Everything before the procedure was explained in great detail. Very good experience, and I will be back.
