I went in for my interview and he was very kind and understanding with what I wanted. I had a larger bump in my nose that I always was very self conscience about. He didn't try to persuade me into getting a drastic change which would have cost 9k or more. He simply agreed to keep it subtle and remove the bump to create an arch.
