Facial Fat Transfer + Second Round Q&A

I had a facial fat transfer and then a touch up 10 months later and now I have even less fat than before. Does a second fat transfer interfere with the progress of the first one?

Its been 3 months since the fat transfer in cheekbones and lips and i have a touch up in a month. The lips are gone. Would a second fat transfer to the lips be more successful?

On Dec 8th I had fat transferred from my stomach to my upper lip. I paid $500 USD for the treatment. After the swelling was gone, I saw no change in the fullness of my lip. I asked the doctor that did the treatment if he could do a touch up. He told me its common that fat transfer doesn't work, and if I want it redone, I have to pay again. Is this normal?

does it help if I try to not move the lips alot in the first weeks? can I have permanent full lips that stays forever ?

due to spina pevida, i was born with undeveloped muscle in lower right leg. due to high skin tonicity, calf implant was found to be not suitable while fat transfer is the only option. i have done 2 fat transfers in the last year and i hardly see any difference 3-4 months after the operations. in the first operation - ~150cc entered while in the second one ~120cc. is there any option that skin tonicity is so powerfull that i wont see any difference also after third operation?

How long does face fat transfer last? Is it necessary to repeat treament more than one time?
