I had a breast reduction with liposuction in 1999 with Dr Perron. This review is as I look to have one again. I was able to successfully breast feed two children and they have returned to their former size. 1 litre was removed from each breast. It healed very well with no visible scaring.
I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Dr.Perron, the nurses and the whole team. I have been researching for years, knowing I wanted a Breast augmentation, just unsure of who to go to. I found Dr.Perron through this website and immediately scheduled a consultation.I went in for my consult and was greeted and brought in by the fabulous Lana. She answered all of my questions and gave me an abundance of extra information and knowledge. Dr Perron came in and introduced himself and made me feel very welcomed. We then measured my chest size and continued talking about what look I was wanting. At that time I was a half deflated C. Breast tissue at the bottom but nothing up top. I wanted fullness but for them to look as natural as possible. I tried on different implants, took some photos and felt confident in the size we had chose. 339 CC medium profile cohesive gel implants. I was SO excited, I managed to book the appointment immediately- 3 weeks and I was going to be fulfilling a part of me that has wanted this for so long.In the 3 weeks leading up to that I had to quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey, eat a low sodium diet and prepare for being “down and out” for a week. Quitting smoking was and has been the absolute most difficult part of this whole journey but I am thankful I now had the push to do it and go through with it. Didn’t want the extra complications or risks. 3 weeks later.. my appt date was here! I was so unbelievably nervous and exited. I arrived at the office and nurse Carol welcomed me.We went over some paperwork, talked about how the appointment would go and about after care. I got comfortable in my soon to be recovery bed while I was prepared for surgery. Carol placed an IV, gave me medication and let me relax before the appt. Couple hours later I was escorted to the surgery room. The nurses were very friendly and seemed like they were really enjoying being there. Dr Perron came in, measured and confirmed, and assured me everything will be alright. The anaesthesiologist came in and did what he does best and set me up comfortably and that’s the last thing I remember. I woke up in the recovery area with tea, water and a bowl of fresh fruit. I felt a bit woozy from the medicine but little to no pain on my chest. After a while of recovering I was brought down to the vehicle that was there to drive me home. Carol was very gentle, even boosted me up into my seat and secured my seat belt for me lol. Top quality service.DAY 1 post op The night of the surgery day was difficult. I found it hard to get comfortable laying up right. I was up probably every hour on the hour to move around, gp pee, drink water. The morning of day 1 wasn’t too bad. I could tell all the meds had worn off as I could feel the pressure and sore muscles. I took a few Advil throughout the day and spent most of all day surrounded by pillows and ice packs relaxing. Day 2 post op Lots of swelling and mild bruising today, and a considerable more amount of pain. I went for a walk, tried to be more active and unfortunately overdid it. The rest of the day I spent relaxing.Day 3 post op, regaining lots of mobility and able to stretch arms about head and in front of me now. Feeling of pressure is still there but getting much better. Took a shower and lightly washed. Incisions on left breast bled a very small amount after getting out. I will continue to update as the days go on but this is what I have been experiencing so far. Hope it’s helpful to some as the other reviews were helpful to me!
I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr Perron and his team! I lost alot of weight a few years ago and wanted some maintenance done in a few areas. They guided me through every scenarios, options, and never tried to upsale me, while always setting realistic expectations. (I got a total of 3 surgeries) I was always treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. Dr. Perron, and the amazing ladies (Brenda, , Lana, Carole to name a few) and all the others who hold the fort truly care about your goals and your budget. And , they value your emotions in the process. Thank you again DrPerron, I am now more confident than ever, and your team helped with that
I had a breast lift with Dr. Perron without implants. I can not tell you the incredible job her performed. I don’t have the before but the after is magical. Changed my life. I’m getting a mini-tuck in June.
At first, I was hesitant about a tummy tuck operation because I had no information about the doctor, but when I saw the doctor, I found him speaking calmly and had confidence in his work, and I felt that this doctor is more than wonderful because he is smart in his work and I was very afraid, but his calm smile is a reason for my satisfaction with him. And I did a tummy tuck five days ago, and the operation was more than wonderful, the shape of my stomach became straight, the navel is beautiful, the operation line is beautiful, and the shape of the abdomen is wonderful. I thank the doctor for achieving my dream and I thank all the staff.
I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo with Dr. Perron. My whole experience from booking the appt with Brenda at the front desk to my surgery and into my op care with Carol the surgical nurse was a dream. I felt comfortable through the whole process. They really make sure that you are educated and aware of what you will be going through. A month before my appt nurse Lana called me and spent about 45 minutes going over everything I needed to do and what to be aware of before and after my procedure. Then the day of surgery the I spent at least an hour with Carol who explained everything to me again and how to take care myself after my surgery. Dr Perron has his own surgical suite attached to his office and it’s like visiting a high end spa. Dr. Perron is not only an amazing surgeon but he has great bedside manner and I felt very involved and not like just another number. Dr. Perron gave me exactly what he said he would and I’m over the moon with my results. I recommend this office over and over!!! Updated on 15 Apr 2021: I had a tummy tuck with lipo and a muscle repair January 18th with Dr. Perron. I’m loving my results. I have started back with lighter work outs. Scar is getting thinner and swelling is pretty gone.
Dr. Perron became my breast implant surgeon over 20 years ago, first with saline and then cohesive gel, both under the muscle. I COULD NOT have been happier! Before implants I was always dieting, engaging in a losing battle trying to shrink my wide hips to match my tiny melted-away chest. Getting implants was absolutely liberating. Just call me Sophia Loren! Thank you, Dr. Perron! Fast forward to recent years, brutal bouts of Crohn’s eventually dropped my 5’7” weight to 110 pounds. Autoimmune disease now filled my medical charts, so I was not well to begin with when I met with Dr. Perron in the summer for a breast checkup. My right breast implant had grown hard and painful. During the appointment Dr. Perron didn’t pay as much attention to my breast as he did the 2 lumps located in my armpit and next to my breast. I did have these lumps looked at previously, there was no cause for concern. Dr. Perron however disagreed. He gave a soft, subtle description of what these lumps actually were and why we needed a closer look at them but I can assure you the voice in my head was hardly soft and definitely not subtle. We have a history of family cancers, so I felt knowledgeable enough …. But when it came to actual Lymph nodes and their purpose, not so much. I had a Capsular Contracture, so the breast implant had to be removed but first Dr. Perron performed a biopsy on the largest lymph node. He took it upon himself to get it done in his surgical facility. No referrals. No long wait times. Afterwards there were many phone calls to his office looking for results and thankfully his staff was super kind and patient, especially considering sickly patients with suspicious lumps, high blood pressure and a penchant for drama were outside of their purview. There are blessings everywhere and this was one. The results came back non-cancerous, albeit full of big words and other possibilities, none of them life threatening. Once the largest lymph node was biopsied the second one disappeared beneath my skin and my system again began chugging along simply fine. The surgery the following month, September 16, 2019 to remove the breast implant wasn’t without its difficulties as the scar tissue was very stubborn but Dr. Perron and his staff went above and beyond when it came to my care. He and Carol saw me as often as twice a week during the initial recovery. I saw them so often it felt strange to stop seeing them. Dr. Perron may be a Plastic Surgeon specializing in Aesthetic Surgery, but he and his staff certainly specialize in more than just that. To this day I am so grateful Dr. Perron went the distance with me, that he has a great staff, and they provide a phenomenal level of care beyond what the average person thinks of when they hear “cosmetic surgery”.
I've been wanting to do this for many years. Unfortunately my big belly is hereditary so no amount of diet and exercise is going to help. I did a ton of research and found that Dr Perron was the best choice for me. All was validated once I met he and Brenda. After my consolation it was a no brainer for me. I’m scheduled for Jan and can’t wait. Will keep you all posted Updated on 6 Nov 2020: Change of plans. My Tummy Tuck with Liposuction has been rescheduled from Jan 22 2021 to Friday Nov 13 2020 I am beyond excited. I will be posting my before photos very soon. And progress post along the way Updated on 12 Nov 2020: Surgery tomorrow !!! I have watch a ton of Tummy Tuck videos on YouTube and picked up the necessities to be sure I’m comfortable the 1st few days. My surgery is under spinal anesthesia, I’m excited to see what they remove. As promised I have posted my before photos Will keep you posted Updated on 15 Nov 2020: Slept a little better in bed last night. Carol reached out to see how I’m feeling. Thats amazing. Dr Perron removed about 7lbs of cortisol induced fat. My Incision is burning quite but meds make it manageable. The photo shows just one of the 2 containers of fat that were removed. Still no regrets Updated on 7 Jan 2021: At 10 days I was feeling pretty good. Still hard to walk up right but getting better every day. I can tell already that I’m gonna love my new shape. No regrets. Carol at Dr Perrons office checks in regularly. We correspond mostly by email due to covid. I feel like I am in very capable hands Updated on 9 Jan 2021: I’m 8 weeks Tummy tuck post op and I have zero regrets. My 1st ever elective surgery and boy did I make the right choice. Dr Perron and his staff are amazing. Carol was awesome about checking in with me and answering all my questions via email due to covid. Not to mention she has a great sense of humor. I will definitely looking to Dr Perrons office for any future procedures. Highly recommended 5 stars in a heartbeat. Updated on 9 Jan 2021: I am soo happy I decided to have this procedure. 8 weeks post op and I’m loving my new shape. I super happy with the progress of my scar healing. The silicone tape does wonders. I’m still wearing my binder during the day and have a little swelling along the incision but overall I am very very happy with my results. Again I am very happy that I did my research and chose Dr Perron. He and his staff made certain I was 100% comfortable before, during and after my procedure. No regrets herev Updated on 12 May 2021: Hey all I am 6 months p/o this month and still not a second of regret. I still have a little swelling in the incision area but it’s not obvious. I don’t have all of my feeling back yet and still have a fair amount of itching. Get yourself a boatload of liquid Benadryl caps. Even at 6 months post I need them regularly Im still feeling a little tenderness in my tummy muscles but that’s expected. I use arnica gel it helps a lot The scar is looking amazing. Buy some silicone tape. It does wonders Hope you are all doing well
Carol was so nice and understanding and answered all my question pre and post operation. No complications and Dr Perron comes highly referred by others I spoke with at the gym prior to serjury. Great results. Compression vest worn for 6 weeks after and they suggested go for 12 weeks for even better results.
39 yrs old / 5'3 / 140lbs / broad chest / width 12cm / 1 child breastfed / lost 43lbs breast was deflated in upper pole / looking for a natural result with fullness) Dr Perron was recommended by my microblading technician & he was the 2nd consult I had in Calgary for breast augmentation. I just want to say from start to finish, they were warm, welcoming and professional. I initially met with Lana & she was so good! explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions & at no time did I feel rushed or like a $ sign. I met Dr. Perron briefly during my initial consult & I liked his chill vibe straight away. I also appreciated his many years of experience & his sense of humor. It was a great experience & I decided I would have my procedure done with him. At the time I booked for March 2nd/20 (today). I did alot of research on line & about Dr. Perron prior to & felt good about my decision. I was having concerns about my implant size recommended (304cc's / moderate profile gummy) & was worried they may be too small. I went in for another consult with Lana & again, she was amazing & patient! I felt very informed & was pumped for my surgery. Note: the 1st consult I had with a different surgeon had quoted me $18,000 for a lift & implant ...although he came highly recommended, I didn't feel comfortable during the consult (a little impersonal) & felt very much like a $$ sign. He also suggested gummies 375cc's which is too big for my frame in my opinion. Anyway, point is get a second opinion! Today I had my surgery with Dr Wayne Perron & nurse Carol (instantly liked her!) - Carol sat with me prior to surgery & gave me all the details especially what to expect day to day. She was kind, funny, patient and caring awesome care! My Anasteologist was awesome too! I was given a percocet and after 2 deep breaths in the mask, I was out cold! Woke up, all tucked in & cared for - I was given some fruit & tea (much needed as I was dehydrated from not having any liquids per surgery instructions)... I felt disoriented upon waking/dopey and nauseated a bit. Carol suggested I take a nap & that really helped. My chest feels tight, like an extreme chest workout - on a scale of 1-10, I'd say a 4 for discomfort. I had my special sexy bra on to hold me in place lol and my chest feels hard to the touch. The implant went I through the areola. They look big! but I know that's just the initial stage. I'm very very happy with my experience so far. Been taking my antibiotics as prescribed, resting & getting help from my boyfriend for things I can't do. I've included photos of before/after Note: I was going to go a size bigger that 304cc because I thought I'd lose some volume being under the muscle... that's a myth y'all lol They anticipate I'll be a d cup (prior to surgery 34b with gapping in the upper part of the bra so I'd say between a 34 A & small B Note: they are straight up unattractive right now, but I'm looking forward to the drop & fluff stages Updated on 3 Mar 2020: lactic acid build up was painful this morning- needed help getting out of bed & to pee - was sore & stiff. Took 2 advil & went from pain level 8 to 4-5. The bra is super uncomfortable. I'm on antibiotics my nipples look like Vienna sausages Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Nipple sensation is back and swelling in breast has subsided a bit but fluid has moved down into my abdomen. I was warned about this and I look a bit prego lol. dark bruising under the breast. Started my stretches yesterday as instructed to help prevent capsular contractor and the support bra is super uncomfortable but necessary and was able to drive my truck today. I had my shower yesterday and hair washing was a slow process. my nipples aren't pointing down as much anymore Been visualizing my healing process at night as a form of meditation. still sleeping propped up on pillows and taking light walks in the evening to keep from getting blood clots and reduce swelling. Drinking LOTS of water too Updated on 8 Mar 2020: today, I slipped down the stairs, grabbed the railing and felt a tear/burn feeling in my right side breast. I called PS & he asked if there was any swelling (no... breast looks the same) - he asked if I was in pain (nope - same level discomfort as before the slip) he advised to take it easy the next day or two & try not to use that atm for anything. he did say it would've swollen up almost double the size if I had done any damage... likely a torn muscle or facia. he didnt seem concerned & I quote "looks like you dodged a bullet there princess" okay! today I removed my tape from the incisions ... both bled a little bit, the right areola (incision area) was not flush with the skin (popped out a bit) surgeon said I likely popped a stitch when I slipped.. I put a bandaid on it just in case otherwise my healing has been speedy .. bruising has faded quite a bit & I can put my shirt on no problem. I'm still not lifting anything, but range if motion is comfortable. Still stiff in the morning & still sleeping on my back as instructed. Updated on 10 Mar 2020: Today I went & bought a 2 in 1 sports bra from Victoria secret as instructed by Carol (surgery nurse) after my slip & fall. She said to wear it as a cast for my boob for a month. Got sized at VS & came in at 36D (still have some swelling so I'm sure that will change) these bras are about $60 each - super comfy! and super supportive!! today was by 2 get 1 free & that's what I did- check ya! also some photos of the girls ... left boob has dropped a bit, right boob still high & mighty *sigh* freak titties loll Updated on 31 Mar 2020: 4 weeks post op - swelling is down a bit more, they are slow to drop & I find them unattractive at the moment. They feel like they're softening up a bit but still riding high? trying to stay positive but they just look ugly right now :( I want more bottom pole fullness areola incisions are healing nicely. Updated on 17 Apr 2020: Not much change except they have softened up a bit more. It doesn't look like they've dropped much to me since my last post ... slowly started back with light exercising & lots of walking. Been doing squats on the machine & planks. I have no pain at all but can feel some uncomfortable flexing if I lift anything too heavy. I feel like they've shrunk down (swelling subsiding I imagine) & almost wish I went a bit bigger. I'm starting to worry that I'll need a lift if the nipples don't elevate a bit when (if) they drop & fluff more. in the video I'm lifting my boobs as if I had lower pole fullness & this is the look I hope to have when they're settled. I'm trying not to get too disappointed because it's still early days of healing Updated on 24 Apr 2020: Well the right breast dropped a little bit as the lower pole is slowly starting to round out. The left breast is more stubborn and slow. A few days ago I had no feeling in my right breast but that is gone now. I feel like they've shrunk as I can still fit my old bras (just fuller in the cup than before surgery) - part of me wishes I had gone a bit bigger. Updated on 4 Jun 2020: I'm 3 months PO & I'm not happy with how they look. The are fuller, but not shapely. When I flex (even a little) the underboob looks deformed (see photo) - in both breasts. I spoke to the PS nurse and she said this happens with unders (I was not aware of that otherwise I'd never have had them under the muscle. But she said it may not be as bad when they finish settling). Also, when I lean over, my native breast tissue hangs off the implant and feels 'empty' & seperated from the implant (the implant doesn't fill out my breast when I lean over...it's like i have my presurgery boobs again *sigh*) It's COVID times so hearing back from the PS office took a long time but when I got through to the surgery nurse she basically said my left breast was a bit tubular & it will take longer to settle &, to not look at my breast until sept for a more final result. Since the swelling is gone, I feel the implants are too small & I definitely think I'll need a lift because they just hang & are shapeless. I wanted full and rounded natural breast. When I lay down I can feel my own breast tissue on the inner breasts towards the cleavage (it's feels deflated like my pre surgery boobs) Side boob looks great! Straight on, terrible, bent over embarrassing & laying down full at sides, empty towards cleavage/areolas She did say my breast augmentation is 'your breast but augmented' - the problem with that is, I didn't like my boobs in the 1st place (hence surgery) so why would I want MORE of what I didn't like?. I can't imagine they're going to improve much more as it's 3 months now... but what else can I do but wait. I'm not happy & I feel self conscious Updated on 10 Jul 2020: I was in to see my PS yesterday about the animation deformity in both my breast. I was nervous that he wouldn't help me & I'd be stuck with this serious deformation or have to remove the implants because there is no way I'm living with that. Anything I do that involves chest muscles - even brushing my hair, would cause this. (I'm aware now that under the muscle comes with some animation deformity but this is serious) So he offered to loosen us the muscle a bit more as it was tight on the lower inner cleavage. I also had concerns about my breast being too small, not full enough, and not what I wanted. He was very understanding & we agreed to swap out my 304cc moderate profile for 425cc high profile. He is looking into whether my implants are still covered for a free swap out and I'm waiting to hear back from him. Considering the world was shut down for COVID, I hope they will still honor this even though it's been 4 months since surgery. Will keep you posted Updated on 31 Jul 2020: my implants are being replaced with 425cc HP unders Natrelle as I felt the 304cc were too small. Also, PS will release the muscle more to help with the animation deformity in both beast. I did have some ptosis prior to surgery and worry I have a waterfall/snoopy look happening as my breast tissue appears to fall off the implant a bit (in addition to the animation deformity). I was told at consult I wouldn't need a lift. Then on day of surgery was told maybe I would need one down the road. I'm thinking maybe over the muscle this time because I don't want the deformity & over the muscle may give a little bit of a lift look of the nipple position with the HP implant?? I want my nipples more forward (I'm okay with the breast being a little lower on the chest wall, but I want rounder /fuller and nips more forward. Breast width is 12cm - the HP are 12cm with a projection of 5.1cm (instead of 4cm projection with the ones I have in now) cost of revision $3000 Updated on 18 Aug 2020: 730am Friday - switching from 304cc mod profile (11.9 diameter / 4cm projection) gummy unders to 425cc high profile gummy unders (12cm diameter / 5.1 projection). right now my left breast rests 1inch higher than the right. Pre op: Breast width is 12cm nipple to fold is 3.5cm (short) hope this swtichover gives me more rounded look / volume and the animation deformity is alleviated some (or all together) wondering if recovery will be less painful or maybe quicker because my muscle has already stretched out to accommodate 4cm projection (and I just need it to stretch 1.1cm more for the new HP implants ) Will post update after surgery Updated on 22 Aug 2020: Had my revision yesterday - Dr. Perron was awesome, listened to my concerns (again) and explained what was going to happen. The nurse Carol, she was very patient with me, answered my many questions prior to surgery. I felt heard & respected & I feel super confident the results of this revision is going to be amazing. He lowered the fold on the left breast as it sat 1 inch higher than my right and loosened/freed up the muscle on the inner cleavage to allow for correction to the animation deformity (hopefully) in both breasts. I did have a capsule contraction in the left breast as it never really dropped and was hard. The left breast was slightly tuberous prior to my original BA, so I suspect it didn't have the space to drop properly (also, i have a short nipple to fold 3.5 cm distance) He came to see me after suregry and explained I can't raise my arms above my head while I heal so as to not interfer with the cuts/ healing to avoid double bubble from happening. I had my original BA 5.5 months ago, so extra EXTRA precautions need to be taken. I have a Victoria Secret double high impact bra that I am to wear constantly for the next 4 weeks. NO PROBLEMO as I want these to be perfect. Pain level today is mild compared to my 1st BA & not as much swelling or bruising. My chest muscles were already stretched out from initial BA and there's only a 1.1cm projection difference between my 304cc mod and these 425cc high profile. I explained to him I felt I had too much side boob and would like my breasts closer together if possible. I believe he did something about that or the larger impants make them look closer together because there looks like less gap between the breast. I'm going in for a follow up in about 2 weeks. areola incision again. My nips are sore but not terrible. I'm happy so far. The nurse said my healing won't be as bad and a little quicker this time around as I am already stretched out from last BA Updated on 25 Aug 2020: put together a collage so I can compare and track progress from my 1st BA to my revision I just had on Friday *pain is about a 2 today, serious bruising action in the right breast not sure if drop & fluff is a thing with revision surgery... i hope so, as I would like a little more lower pole fullness Updated on 31 Aug 2020: incisions were due to come off last Friday, but I left them on for 2 extra days. They look great! (see pics). My right breast where the fold was adjusted is very tight in the lower pole and flat & feels harder in upper pole compared to left. I'm a little concerned it's too tight to round out /or that the implant won't be able to settle into the lower pole. I have a followup this Friday, so I'll ask. The left breast is doing good... softer than the right amd more rounded in lower pole. very happy so far with size and shape (with exception of flat underboob on right breast) bruising is clearing up slowly. Still wearing Victoria Secret Maximum knockout bra 24/7 for support as instructed Updated on 4 Sep 2020: Had my 2 week Post op today and as I suspected, there is a problem in the right breast. It's swollen, dark bruising & implant is high on chest wall and constricted lower pole with pulling taunt in lower pole. PS confirmed intenal bleeding (hematoma) and I am to wait and see if it resolves on it's own. I was given a breast band to wear 24/7 to help push the implant down to keep lower pocket open/full. I'm concerned about this because the crease was adjusted on this breast and well, I don't qant double bubble to happen. But I'm just going to follow my PS instructions as he is the expert. The left breast has healed nicely and had dropped and fluffed already! looks amazing considering what I started with . I have another follow up in 2 weeks. Was given instruction to start light stretching in the door frame 5x times a day. Updated on 14 Sep 2020: Been wearing the band & my support bra still. Bruising (hematoma) in right breast is slowly clearing up & swelling has come down a bit but it is still flat underneath and sucked in looking around the areola incision site. It feels very hard around the incision site. I've sent an email with photos to my PS last week but haven't heard anything back. I have another follow up appt this Friday. Updated on 15 Mar 2021: I've been to see Dr Perron a couple times since my revision in Aug 2020. Right from the start of the revision surgery, the right breast around the areola was pulling inward and I had a worse animation deformity than the 1st time around. The first couple of times I saw Dr Perron, he told me it was "an easy fix" .. he could freeze the area and cut the scar tissue out (to get trid of the pulling inward around the areola when I lift my arm above my head) He said the scar tissue was adhering to the old scar tissue. No big deal.. he said "we won't leave you like this" and for me to come back in March. I was there today and literally he was singing a different tune. My breast was still the same and this time he said there wasn't really anything they could do. That I'd have to wait a year or two before trying to fix it. When I reminded him of what he said before about just cutting the scar tissue out .... that wasn't an option any more. Maybe some cortisone shots later in the summer to MAYBE soften the scar tissue up and that he doesn't know of any surgeon who could fix my problem. Amy "problem" being he didn't remove the old scr tissue when he did the revision and the new scar tissue adhered to it and now it's my problem apparently. I realized today that he was completely bullshitting me the last couple of times I was there to see him .... or he's bullshitting me now. Either way it was clear he could care less about my breast looking deformed... so much for "we won't leave you like this". I feel sick to my stomach not listening to the reviews of others who have had similar experiences with Dr Perron. $13,500 for deformed breasts. Hard and expensive lesson to learn. He completely wasted my time and mislead me. Once they get your money, they got no time for you or your concerns. complete disappointment. Updated on 31 Aug 2021: I consulted with a different surgeon in Calgary and meet with him a couple times. He assured me he could help me with my animation deformity in the right breast (tethering around the areola, making for bad animation deformity whenever I move my arms). Also had a breast lift and areola reduction as my breast tissue was making up the bottom of my breast and not the implant. Dr Perron told me in my consult (1st surgery) I didn't need a lift... he was wrong. He also said alot of other things that were inaccurate. Anyway, I'm going to post a review on my Lift and animation deformity correction done by the other surgeon.
Both procedures can be performed at one sitting. I have done many combined procedures with very satisfactory results. If you need spreader grafts placed in the dorsum of your nose to improve your breathing, then you might see a very soft widening of the bridge. This is not an aesthetic concern for most people. It is a trade-off for better air entry through you nostrils. Coverage for this type of combined surgery varies, depending on where the surgery is done.
A 425cc implant alone in a 150 pound person is a large implant. Adding a pre-existing C cup size - no matter what type of bra is used - is too much volume in my opinion.
Weekend face lifts are mini-procedures that produce mini-results for a mini-period of time. People like yourself who presumably need a more involved procedure need to avoid these mini-procedures.
The SMAS prodedure - if one was done - did not have longevity. As said previously, visit your surgeon and discuss your concerns - hopefully, you both are on the same page.
There is no greater a risk exercising 5 months after a rhinoplasty than before, as long as you are healed with no problems. Steroid injections can be a problem if not done properly.
