WORTH IT
Hey all
I am 6 months p/o this month and still not a second of regret.
I still have a little swelling in the incision area but it’s not obvious.
I don’t have all of my feeling back yet and still have a fair amount of itching. Get yourself a boatload of liquid Benadryl caps. Even at 6 months post I need them regularly
Im still feeling a little tenderness in my tummy muscles but that’s expected. I use arnica gel it helps a lot
The scar is looking amazing. Buy some silicone tape. It does wonders
Hope you are all doing well

Looks great!!! I'm going in for my consultation on June 4th and super nervous but excited!
If you have the right doctor he or she will put you at ease quickly.
If you are close to Calgary I 100% recommend dr Perron
Congratulations to you. I also have a large stomach due to diasatis recti. So reassuring to see fabulous results
I love how even your sutures are along the belly, Excellent work.
I definitely chose the right surgeon for the job. I used the silicone tape for 16 weeks. It’s just under a year now and my scar has faded almost to nothing.

Soooo happy with my new shape

I am soo happy I decided to have this procedure. 8 weeks post op and I’m loving my new shape. I super happy with the progress of my scar healing. The silicone tape does wonders. I’m still wearing my binder during the day and have a little swelling along the incision but overall I am very very happy with my results.
Again I am very happy that I did my research and chose Dr Perron. He and his staff made certain I was 100% comfortable before, during and after my procedure.
No regrets herev

You look so great! :) I'm also from YYC and this helps me with my surgery research.
Dr. Perron is amazing!!! So is his staff. I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo with him and I’m so happy.
I absolutely agree with AEMama. Dr Perron and his team are amazing.
You look fantastic. You and I are similar shapes and I am scheduled for a TT with lipo on July 28th, 2021. It's been postponed twice now and this time is gonna be it! I wanted to know your height, pre and post weight if possible. My doc wants me to lose another 20 lbs, but like you, my 'bulge' is hereditary. Not saying I couldn't stand to lose weight but at my age (65) I have had zero success ....exercising, eating right and even cut out sugar, which was like cutting off an arm, but no success. Would love to know your stats. Thanks
Hi and thanks for reaching out. I absolutely hear you. I feel like I tried everything. The deciding factor was when I looked at the ladies in my family and realized I was doomed unless I did I something drastic.
I’m 54 and had no illusions that I was ever going to look like Barbie but I was so tired of people asking me when my baby was coming.
This year I WILL be proud to be caught dead in an age appropriate 2 piece bathing suit :)
I’m 5’6 before surgery I was 165. Despite the fact that they suck about 7+ lbs of fat plus the skin and whatever was stuck to it. I’m holding about 158ish. I know the math doesn’t work but that’s what it is.
More importantly I feel amazing!!! I have not had 1 second of regret.
I hope you do not either. Good luck on your journey
For some reason, RS has me as Witty5016 AND Dazziling 85932
OMG! Up till I was 50, because I died my hair, everyone kept asking "when's your baby due" which I would never ask someone in the first place. I would reply "I'm not pregnant, just fat" and then they would say "oh, no you're not fat"....obviously I am or they wouldn't have asked in the first place, right? I also hear you about the pictures with family...I literally cut myself out of any photos and will not have pics taken any more. I've missed a lot of significant events all because of how much I hate my body.

I'm back on intermittent fasting so we'll see if I can drop a few lbs before I get my preop in June
Weight is just a # (although we've been told otherwise since we were 8 yrs old). The pictures say it all. You look so good. I am hoping for anything even similar to your results. I have that upper abdominal fat and am not dilutional enough to think it will all go away. But anything will be an improvement in my mind. Thanks so much for getting back to me. Just the idea of actually having a waistline is exciting!
Hi Again and thank you. Yes having a waist line is amazing. I lost 10 inches off my waist just from removing the fat and skin. I am in the process of cleaning the ‘baggy’ tops out of my closet. What an amazing feeling!! Are you seeing Dr Perron ?
No I live in WA so I have a doc in Seattle....
Well you have a lot of options then.

I'd Definitely Do It Again

I’m 8 weeks Tummy tuck post op and I have zero regrets. My 1st ever elective surgery and boy did I make the right choice. Dr Perron and his staff are amazing. Carol was awesome about checking in with me and answering all my questions via email due to covid. Not to mention she has a great sense of humor.

I will definitely looking to Dr Perrons office for any future procedures.

Highly recommended 5 stars in a heartbeat.
