The entire staff was warm and welcoming, from sharing their personal stories about their treatments to just being kind. I never felt rushed. Dr. Douglas himself was just wonderful in his bedside manner. He has a calm assurance that I was making the right decisions for my needs. I never felt upsold or pushed upon. I talked to several providers prior to making my final decision, and I am happy that I chose Dr. Douglas and the team. I am only 4 weeks post-op and I feel like the real me is back. Thank you!
