48 Year Old Stubborn Abdominal Fat

I was luck enough to be picked for training sessions at Dr Kilmers office for Ultrashape Power. I had my first session on June 12. I didn't notice a difference right away. I just had my second treatment on the 5th of July and I'm down an inch around my abdomen already. I can't wait to see the results after my third treatment. The procedure itself is painless ...almost feels like a lightly warmed massage. I drank a to of water after my treatment and stayed away from fatty foods and alcohol.
