Dr. Avram was so supportive and professional from start to finish of both of my procedures. I was only 6 months post c section and decided on a breast augmentation. He recommended a lift but respected my wishes to just do the augmentation. I then had a second procedure with Dr. Avram and had a tummy tuck done. He and his staff were amazing and he was available for any and all of my concerns post op. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I have known I wanted a BA for many years but wanted to wait until after i had kids. After my 3rd child i decided to start looking. Booked my consultation with Dr. Avram as my first consult and didnt think twice about him. Didnt go to any other consults. I have had 3 c sections and been around surgeons and he is hands down the best all around doctor. He made me feel comfortable, helped me decide on size but left it up to me. Was open to my opinion and thoughts, and willing to do things a bit different. Very professional, knowledgeable, and so so kind.

I ended up deciding on 440cc under muscle silicone gummy bear implants.

Dr. Avram is hands down one of the most down to earth human beings there are! He made me so comfortable the moment I walked into his office. Answered all my silly questions and even personally followed up with me to show me more photos and give me more information. He was upfront and honest about realistic expectations and didn't sugar coat anything.

I'm 11 days post-op and they're still settling but I'm so happy with how they are so far.

I was so busy ranting and raving about Dr. Avram I forgot pics!
I was always chestier. However, after having kids, you can see the deflation in my breasts. Now they look full and I personally don't think they look overly obvious that any was done.

I saw Dr. Avram around 6-8 months ago for my initial consult. He was very down to earth, on time, and professional!
I am 5’9, 145lbs started at a double A bra size. I am now a C 34
Moderate profile 405cc’s for both breasts! 
His staff were so friendly, and made me feel so comfortable.

I still feel very swollen, and I can feel kind of an air pocket between the implant and my breast. Is this normal?
I don’t have pain, and haven’t taken anything stronger than Tylenol or Advil.
So far I love the size and can’t wait until they drop!

I am now almost near my 4th week Mark!
I’ve gone back to low resistance excerises, I do low-moderate activity. Intimacy with my
Partner has grown back into play! I have removed the bandage from my left breast entirely but my right has taken some time to get used to. Still healing!
Every now and then I get a big nerve pain down my breasts but I imagine that’s the feeling coming back..
honestly you guys. GET THE SURGERY! I crept this website for like 12 months before I even went to a surgeon. After my consult with Dr. Avram, I was ready but still nervous about the post op pain.
I would not even have called it “pain” it was just tightness that ANYONE can handle.
I only had 3 percocets In total for the first 4 days. After that, I didn’t even take Tylenol. I took Advil on the 4 and 5 day because I was still sleeping on my back which I wasn’t used to.
Again, LADIES! If you’re wondering bout the pain. It was never: ever to the point where I was like “screw this, this is too painfull”
I bought like 9 new bikinis and I can’t wait to share them with you!

I got new bikinis off of shein, and love the way I look in them!
Still waiting for them to “fluff and drop” but I hope that comes with time.
I should be starting my scar treatment very soon too.

My asymmetrical breasts have been my biggest insecurity throughout my entire adolescence. I'm now 21 years old and I finally decided that I was done feeling ashamed every time I looked at my chest. I expected that I would have to wait a while to get this procedure done because of COVID-19 but luckily I got my surgery just one month after my consultation!
The surgeon I chose is Dr. Ronen Avram. He is absolutely fantastic and made me feel comfortable throughout this entire process. He is very responsive and pays attention to details. You can tell that he reflects on his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for his patients.
To fix my asymmetry Dr. Avram decided to reduce the size of my larger breast as well as perform a breast lift on both sides. The healing process has gone really well so far and I have already stopped taking my pain medication. The first two days were the most difficult as the swelling was at it's absolute peak but it has already gone down quite a bit.
Overall I feel so happy about this decision and I can't wait until I get to see the final results!!!

My breasts are finally starting to look normal again and I’m really excited! My incisions are completely closed and there is no more significant pain. Sometimes I will feel really itchy around the incision lines but other than that everything is great!

This past month has taken a huge toll on me both physically and emotionally. I am starting to feel extremely happy with my results so far and I can finally wear the clothes I used to feel embarrassed in.

Getting an asymmetric correction & breast lift was the best decision I've ever made!!! I'm so blown away with the results from my procedure. I finally feel confident in my own body! Here are a couple before & after photos. I am now 5 months post-op so my breasts are no longer swelled and have fallen into their final position.

Revisions included making the areolas smaller and reducing the size of the left breast a little bit more. This is what my breasts look like about 1 month post revision surgery. I am extremely happy with how they are turning out!

So a few months ago I went to a surgeon asking for a breast lift and implants and for whatever reason he talked me into breast lift and fat injection. Relief me that I will get the fullness I want from that. It was pure b.s. I was so disappointed. So I went to a different surgeon and got him to do implants. I got home from the hospital a few hours ago. The freezing us starting to wear off. I'm still woozy from anesthesia. I'll post more tomorrow. So far though they seem like what I asked for but time will tell. P.s. cost is in Canadian

Well after one lollipop lift and fat injection and one mini lift (same incisions) and 275 cc silicone implants I'm finally seeing the results I wanted. Really wish my first surgeon would have told me I couldn't get the results I wanted from fat injection..could have saved me so much money. Cost is in cad
