Asymmetric Correction Surgery Before & After (1 week post-op)

WORTH IT$9,100
My asymmetrical breasts have been my biggest insecurity throughout my entire adolescence. I'm now 21 years old and I finally decided that I was done feeling ashamed every time I looked at my chest. I expected that I would have to wait a while to get this procedure done because of COVID-19 but luckily I got my surgery just one month after my consultation!
The surgeon I chose is Dr. Ronen Avram. He is absolutely fantastic and made me feel comfortable throughout this entire process. He is very responsive and pays attention to details. You can tell that he reflects on his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for his patients.
To fix my asymmetry Dr. Avram decided to reduce the size of my larger breast as well as perform a breast lift on both sides. The healing process has gone really well so far and I have already stopped taking my pain medication. The first two days were the most difficult as the swelling was at it's absolute peak but it has already gone down quite a bit.
Overall I feel so happy about this decision and I can't wait until I get to see the final results!!!

Wow you had him take a great deal off. They're going to look great once you're completely healed. Happy healing dear.

They ended up taking out 90 grams of breast tissue! At my follow up appointment he said that they may have to take even more out under a local anesthetic, although that will be determined once more swelling goes down. Thanks so much for the comment! :)

Keep me updated! I think they look great thus far. From the 3/4 angle it isn't apparent of any differences. Maybe when seen straight on they look different? Nonetheless they're going to look great in the end.

Hi!! I have a very similar issue to yours; sagging right breast that is way bigger than the left. My question is why you chose to get a lift on the smaller breast if it was not sagging? Your results are amazing!!! So happy for you.

Hey, thanks for the question! Although my right breast was not sagging too much, it was more conical shaped than I would have preferred. The doctor did not perform a regular lift on that one because my nipple was already in the proper position. He decided to tighten the skin rather than move the nipple upward. I believe this was the right decision because I wanted to make sure my breasts were as symmetrical as possible not only in size but shape as well. I hope this helped! Thank you!

Makes sense, I'm going to ask my doc about that because I want to make sure that the shapes are the same for both breasts, which seems hard to achieve with just a lift on one side. Thanks so much!!! Best of luck with your healing process.

Good luck! I'm here if you need anymore advice :) I think you can send dm's on here? Lol

I too have this same issue. I believe her results would come out more symmetrical with both being lifted. I asked this question during my consultation as well.

3 weeks post-op update

My breasts are finally starting to look normal again and I’m really excited! My incisions are completely closed and there is no more significant pain. Sometimes I will feel really itchy around the incision lines but other than that everything is great!

They look awesome. I haven't found any lift reviews yet that mention when or if sensation returns to the nipples. How much sensation has returned? This detail terrifies me.

Hey there, I'm now 2 months post op and sensation of the nipple has returned, however it's not as sensitive as it used to be before surgery

This past month has taken a huge toll on me both physically and emotionally. I am starting to feel extremely happy with my results so far and I can finally wear the clothes I used to feel embarrassed in.

I'm so glad you are feeling better - your results are amazing! I'm the same with clothes - there's so many tops in my wardrobe that are no longer going to waste! How is your swelling now at 5 weeks? I'm 2 weeks post and I've noticed one side feels a little more swollen than the other, but I'm not sure how long until I will see their 'final' size. Also, have you started any scar management yet?
August 22, 2020
Most of the swelling has going down, however the top of my breasts are still pretty hard. I experienced the same thing as you where one breast stated to swell down faster than the other. I think this is normal especially at 2 weeks so I'd say just wait it out! I haven't started managing my scars just yet but I'm going to start looking for a scar cream to use :)

Hi you look amazing, just wondering how much you paid (If it's ok to ask)? Thanks
September 28, 2020
My procedure was about $9100 including taxes

Your results are beautiful! I have have a similar-ish before. Can I ask if you had a donut incision on one side and a lollipop on the other? How are your scars / areola doing? Any stretch? Thanks
December 15, 2020
Hey there, sorry for such a late reply! I had a lollipop incision on the smaller breast and an anchor incision on the larger one. The reason why my surgeon decided to it this way was because the nipple on the smaller breast did not need to be lifted any higher. My scars are healing pretty well. I'm now 5 months post-op and the scars are now starting to turn light pink/white. The areolas ended up stretching to a larger size than expected so I'm actually going for a revision in Feb to reduce them.
