I got new bikinis off of shein, and love the way I look in them!
Still waiting for them to “fluff and drop” but I hope that comes with time.
I should be starting my scar treatment very soon too.

1 week post op versus 3!
I am now almost near my 4th week Mark!
I’ve gone back to low resistance excerises, I do low-moderate activity. Intimacy with my
Partner has grown back into play! I have removed the bandage from my left breast entirely but my right has taken some time to get used to. Still healing!
Every now and then I get a big nerve pain down my breasts but I imagine that’s the feeling coming back..
honestly you guys. GET THE SURGERY! I crept this website for like 12 months before I even went to a surgeon. After my consult with Dr. Avram, I was ready but still nervous about the post op pain.
I would not even have called it “pain” it was just tightness that ANYONE can handle.
I only had 3 percocets In total for the first 4 days. After that, I didn’t even take Tylenol. I took Advil on the 4 and 5 day because I was still sleeping on my back which I wasn’t used to.
Again, LADIES! If you’re wondering bout the pain. It was never: ever to the point where I was like “screw this, this is too painfull”
I bought like 9 new bikinis and I can’t wait to share them with you!

I still feel very swollen, and I can feel kind of an air pocket between the implant and my breast. Is this normal?
I don’t have pain, and haven’t taken anything stronger than Tylenol or Advil.

And it comes and goes, I have most of the sensation back but my nipples are SO sensitive
I undertook surgery two years ago and have been in a bit of a dispute with my result. I went under the muscle following advice from my surgeon - who specifically pushed my natural breast tissue together and said ‘they will sit here’ in answer to me questioning ‘how close together will they be?’. I wanted to improve my cleavage but instead I have been left with very wide apart breasts that make me feel very flat chested still.
My surgeon has offered to replace the implants above the muscle in order to improve the gap - but at the risk of rippling due to my lack of natural breast tissue. My natural breasts were around a double A prior to surgery but having seen your result I would consider over the muscle as they don’t look super fake. Are they soft to touch or do they appear / feel hard? Are you able to explain what you asked for prior to surgery and why your surgeon opted for over the muscle as opposed to under? Thank you!
