WORTH IT
I was so busy ranting and raving about Dr. Avram I forgot pics!
I was always chestier. However, after having kids, you can see the deflation in my breasts. Now they look full and I personally don't think they look overly obvious that any was done.

They look great! What is your height and weight? And what was your bra size before vs now?

Thank you! I'm 5 feet 5 inches and about 145 lbs. Before kids I was a full 34DD. During pregnancy and with breastfeeding and pumping I went to a 34G. Before surgery I would say I was still a 34DD but definitely not a full cup. Truthfully I haven't tried on anything other than my sports bras as of yet, but I will keep you updated! I'm hoping to be in/and around a full 34DDD. I wanted the fullness of the breasts as opposed to being super large and in charge if that makes sense.

He suggested that if I wanted to get a lift (because I am already so sizable) that it would be best two have to procedures done. First, a breast reduction (to I believe he said an A), than wait and heal for 6 months and then have implants put in during the second procedure.

He said that he would almost guarantee that if I were to have a breast lift and augmentation in the same procedure, that gravity would still likely take affect and I will be back at square one very quickly after.

I mean I would've loved to have gravity-defying boobs of course, but two procedures wasn't an option for me. I also found that because the implants filled me out, I am not as self-conscious about their positioning as I was before implants.

He's sooooo down to earth! He makes you feel so comfortable and no question is a stupid question with him. With anything I feel like there's a chance of a negative outcome (i.e. tattoos and infections, botched botox etc). I just tried not to think of the worst LOL

Dr. Avram is hands down one of the most down to earth human beings there are! He made me so comfortable the moment I walked into his office. Answered all my silly questions and even personally followed up with me to show me more photos and give me more information. He was upfront and honest about realistic expectations and didn't sugar coat anything.

I'm 11 days post-op and they're still settling but I'm so happy with how they are so far.
