Lipo 360 & inner, outer & anterior thighs, best of the best!

I had the best experience with Dr mendieta & his team. I live in NY & searched high and low for a dr that knows how to shape the body and do liposuction. I ended up flying to Miami to see Dr Mendieta and it was the best decision I made. I met with him in my pre op and he wrote down my list of concerns & areas to treat. I gave him Photos of my ideals and he even has a book you can...

Amazing staff - absolutely love my results

Staff was amazing. Nurses were extremely attentive and caring. They made sure I came weekly to drain the fluid in the stomach to make sure I did not have complications. I absolutely love my results and would recommend 4 beauty and dr Mendieta's team to everyone. 10/10

Over the moon with my results - I could not be happier

My experience with 4 beauty from start to finish was amazing. From the moment I walked into the door was greeted with nothing but smiles. The nurses and the girls were very helpful. Always asking if I need anything, if I were okay. My nurse Yudelkys that I had for all my post op visits helped me recover, gave me all the tips I needed, so gentle. She was such an amazing nurse. Dr. Mendieta gave...

So happy with my results so far!

My experience with Dr. Mendieta and 4beauty aesthetics was good. I saw girls complaining about long wait times during their initial consultation, but it went very smoothly and wasn't too long for me. I got to meet with Dr. Mendieta the day before my surgery and he explained what he was going to do and showed me a visual edit of my body and answered any questions I had. He was very nice! I had...

Q: Will my breasts be ruined if I take my implants out or will they just go back to how there where before? (photos)
Answered by Dr. NadalOctober 18, 2019

A: Hi and welcome to our forum!

I expect some collapse of the breast following explantation. The presence of an implant effaces or stretches out the overlying breast tissue, soft tissue and skin. Following removal, the empty space will collapse upon itself. However, over time, at least partial correction is achieved naturally as the skin and soft tissues readjust over 3 months or so. If the shape remains unfavorable, a secondary lift can be performed 3 months later. As you plan on expanding your family, it may be wise to delay the lift until the family is complete.

The need for secondary lift following explantation relates to the size of the implant, its duration of implantation, and overlying skin quality.

Q: I have never received a medical device card for my breast implants even after contacting my surgeon. What should I do now?
Answered by Dr. NadalOctober 18, 2019

A: Hi and welcome to our forum!

I am sorry to hear of your illness. The medical device card is usually given to the patient on the day of surgery. If it was omitted, the information can usually be retrieved from your operating surgeon or can be found directly from the operative report, which can be made available to you at your request from your surgeon or from the facility where the procedure was performed.

Q: Should I wait after explant to get a lift and areola reduction, or in the same procedure? Should I get the lift?

As shape is important to you, you should consider a secondary breast lift as well if the shape proves unsatisfactory. We separate the procedures by at least 3 months.

The need for secondary lift following explantation relates to the size of the implant, its duration of implantation, and overlying skin quality.

Q: Can I have a BBL if I have rods and screws in my back from a past surgery?
Answered by Dr. NadalOctober 18, 2019

A: Hi and welcome to our forum!

Previous back surgery with rods and screws does not contraindicate the performance of BBL, although if with residual back pain, it may limit your ability to maintain the position of lying on your abdomen in the early postoperative period. Associated medical conditions may affect your ability to tolerate a surgical procedure. In that situation, preoperative medical clearance by your primary care physician may be indicated.

Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.

Q: How many days after BBL/lipo can I travel on 14 hours' distance flight?
Answered by Dr. NadalOctober 9, 2019

A: Hi and welcome to our forum!

It is best not to travel for at least a week or two after your procedure. Lower extremity thrombophlebitis and pulmonary embolism are rare but significant complications. During your flight it is best to walk about the cabin every hour or so to prevent venous stasis.

It is best to ask your plastic surgeon this question as he / she is aware of any other factors which may influence your length of stay.

Best wishes...
