The Secret Plastic Surgery

Hello everyone, I had surgery at The secret plastic surgery on January 23. I went in for my preop appointment to get set up for surgery the next day so I asked the lady that was helping me out about my doctor and was everything going as planned and The lady that was helping me told me No that the doctor Wendell Perry was not doing my procedure and I said, so why didn’t anyone notify me and let me know that he was not doing my procedure so if he’s not doing my procedure who is and she said well we have another doctor named Dr. Z. I said I don’t know anything about him. I have not looked him up or did any research on him and the lady He’s a great doctor and he would do a great job on you and He said he will do your procedure. I said well let me look him up and read up on him and get some information about him. after I read up on him and got a little bit more information about him I said OK we can go ahead with the procedure. I was due to get Lipo 360 and a tummy tuck so I filled out the paperwork and we was good to go on with My preop appointment. The next day I come in for my procedure I meet Dr. Z and his assistant and they told me with my BMI that it would not be safe for him to do the Lipo 360. He will only be able to do the tummy tuck and I told him OK that’s fine we want to be on the safe side I said okay. So I asked Dr. Z would I be able to get my money back for the Lipo 360 because that’s a separate procedure and he said yes just make sure you call the office tomorrow I said OK. So everything was in order and Dr. Z did my procedure and everything went well. so the next day I go in for my post op appointment and I told my consultant and at the lady at the front desk that I did not get the Lipo 360 and how do I go by getting my refund because I did not get the procedure done so I need my money back and they told me to fill out a paperwork for the refund so that what I did then consultant said that the owner was the only one that can refund me my money and she was out because she had just had a procedure done herself and that when she come back, she will refund me my money which should be back by the end of the week and that the owner was the only one that could refund me my money back but you should hear something from her by the next day I said OK because I was leaving that Friday and they told me I should have my check in my hand by Friday which I paid in cash but the check was fine as long as I got a refund for the procedure that I didn’t receive. Then Friday come and they was giving me the runaround I never received a check they start telling me that the owner had just surgery and she’s out but as soon as she get come back you should be hearing something from her about your check so I said OK went ahead and fill out the paperwork that I needed to fill out to receive my refund and here it is. I’ve been calling them every day because I never heard anything from anyone never got response they was not responding to my texts. They were not answering my phone calls then I finally got in touch with someone an they’re giving me the runaround telling me all different types of stories, and I still have not received my refund. I had surgery on January 23, 2024 and here it is February 6, 2024 and I still have not received my refund or talk to the owner or anyone else about it. They are trying not to pay me, but if I did not get the procedure done, then I should have received my refund. I’m not the one chose not to do the procedure. the doctor said I should be able to get a refund why are they playing with my money when it came time for me to pay them I had no problem but now it’s time for them to give me my money back because I did not get the procedure done they don’t wanna give me my money back . I need someone to help me with this and as I’m looking at all the reviews previously I see that this is something they do to a lot of the clients and this is not good. They need to be stopped. This isn’t right for them to just take people money and get away with it. Can someone please help me thank you .
