WORTH IT
I’m about three months post-op from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr. Reish, and I’m genuinely so happy I chose him. I wanted to give it time and go through some of the post-op process before writing this, so my review would be honest and complete.

One thing that stood out from the start was how knowledgeable Dr. Reish is. He doesn’t do computer imaging of potential results, which can be a little unsettling at first — we’re so accustomed to “trying before we buy” that going in without a visual preview, especially for something as prominent as your face, felt like a leap of faith. But that’s exactly why his long-term results, displayed on his website, matter so much. You’re trusting his experience and eye rather than a simulation, and looking back, that trust was well placed.

I’ll be candid about recovery, because I wish I’d known this going in: the first week is tough. Breathing through your mouth takes some getting used to, and if you also get a septoplasty, expect internal swelling and some difficulty breathing for several weeks afterward. A humidifier became essential during that stretch. Patience is everything with this surgery — healing isn’t linear, and if you have thicker skin, it can take even longer to see your final results. Staying positive through that waiting period matters just as much as the surgery itself. That said, it’s been genuinely exciting watching my nose take shape as the swelling has gone down week by week.

The office, operating room, and nursing staff were excellent throughout — professional, kind, and attentive at every visit. But what really sets Dr. Reish apart is his bedside manner. He gives patients his personal cell number, and I’ve reached out with questions on several occasions. His response time, even given how busy he is, has been genuinely impressive — and it says a lot about how much he cares about his patients’ outcomes, not just the surgery itself.

Three months in, I couldn’t be happier with my results. They look completely natural — nothing overdone or “done,” just a nose that finally belongs on my face. He addressed every concern and item on my wish list for the final outcome. That’s a direct reflection of his expertise and how deeply he understands facial anatomy and proportion. I’d highly recommend Dr. Reish, both for his skill and for the way he takes care of you throughout the entire process.
