WORTH IT
I can't tell you how excited and happy I am that I went to Dr. Phelps! The experience was great from start to finish - from his staff, nurses, and himself. Patient, professional, answered all my questions along the way. I was so nervous, and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed the day of the procedure. Now after 6 weeks, my eyes look amazing!
