WORTH IT

Dr. Phelps and his staff are personable, take time to explain procedure and post-op. They are accessable during and after the whole process. Highly recommended. I had previously had eye-lid surgery 10 years ago. Dr. Phelps explained what could be improved and I was much happier with the results.
