I used to have small breasts (B cup) but after i had my first child at age 23 they were deflated and saggy. in 2007 i had a breast lift and small 180cc implant put in. I was happy over all but noticed that i had discoloration around my areolas and needed a revision. Before i had a chance to get the revision i was pregnant with my second child and then a few years later i had my third (2016) after these pregnancies my breast tissue had grown so much that i was an E cup. I knew i wanted the old implants out and they were lost amongst my new big boobs anyway! I felt mumsy and was fed up with dressing to hide my chest. I'm also very active and wanted to be able to chase and play with my kids without having to worry about holding my chest while i ran. After another consultation with my chosen surgeon we decided to explant and do a reduction to take me to a B/ C cup. I was very nervous about having small children to take care of (16 months and 4) and i was told i would have to be careful lifting them for a few weeks. The day of my operation i was a nervous wreck as my check in time was 1-30 pm but the hospital staff were lovely and really put me at ease. My surgeon came to see me and mark up and we discussed size again. My final words were " as small as possible but with good shape". I was taken down to theater and woke up hours later. I have to say the hardest part of this whole experience was the anesthetic. It make me feel horrendous for days. I was still vomiting on day 3 post op and i couldn't even stomach mild pain killers. Good news there was that i didn't need them, the pain wasn't really pain, it was a slight, tight , burning feeling. by day 4 i was feeling more myself and went back home to the children. My husband did everything so that i could rest and by day 7 i was back at work (working from home). I'm now 3 weeks post op and writing this review. For those of you who have young children at home you will need help for 2 weeks. More the first 7 days, but you wont be able to lift them for a minimum of 2 weeks. only now am i really doing lifting in and out of car seats etc.. i am thrilled with my new breasts, they still need to settle and its early days but i am so happy.
2 weeks post op having had upper eyelid, lower face and neck surgery. Very pleased with the results. Fortunately I have had very little bruising and apart from soreness around the ears I can't complain. Yes undertaking surgery is scary but I did lots of online research and knew if I didn't have it done I would regret it in the future. Mr Percival was very reassuring from the initial consultation and pre and post surgery. All the staff were amazing soo kind and understanding of my fears. I am 61 and look amazing (my husband thinks so too). Pamu
I had open tip rhinoplasty with nick percival just over 6 weeks ago now at cosmetic surgery partners in londons welbeck street. I am a 26 year old male. I wish to keep my pictures anonymous at this time. I had a big nose that stuck out and a huge bulbous tip. after 6 weeks post op there is already a massive difference. i went for my check up today and there is still alot of swelling which is expected to go down over the next 3 months. if it doesnt go down the way me and my surgeon want it to i may have to have some steriod injections (which is fine with me) this will only boost my result. i think its important to write this review about nick as there isnt many on real self. I chose nick because he isnt massivley publisized such as other companies ike MYA. But trust me he does know what he is talking about. This man has ALOT of experience within cosmetic surgery, over 25 years and has performed thousands of rhinoplasties and loads of other operations, primarily in facial surgery. Hes very calm and normaly and i almost feel hes a freind in some ways. If your thinking about rhinoplasty of any other facical surgery you need to have a consultation with nick. he hasent appeared on loads of uk tv television programmes out of coinsidence. hes amazing.
I had been visiting Mr Percival for several years and having Botox for frown lines and around the eyes. However I was getting concerned about the sagging around my jowls and the general loose feeling of the skin across my cheeks so I decided to take the plunge this year and I opted for a SMAS facelift. At the same time I had lower eyelid surgery and breast implants from my breast augmentation operation 15 years ago replaced .
I was approaching my 60th birthday and I wanted to look "good for my age". This prompted me to research the possibility of having a facelift, or may be some other non surgical options, which led me to Dr Nick Percival at Cosmetic Surgery Partnership. At my consultation Dr. Nick explained all the non surgical and surgical options, which enabled me to make an informed choice as to which procedure would work best for me. I am extremely pleased and happy with the result which has achieved exactly what I wanted a fresher looking version of myself who looks "good for my age".
Beyond Beauty and my surgeon Nick Percival are like my earth angels, they have made me feel good about my body once again and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job and care I have received. Nurse Lindsey is brilliant- she has been in regular contact with me supporting me in my after-care, I will actually miss her daily phone calls! My husband Razor Ruddock can see the difference in me both physically and mentally. Beyond Beauty Cosmetic have not just changed my body but my career and relationship too! With the help of Beyond Beauty Cosmetic and my surgeon Mr Nick Percival, I now feel that I am the best possible version of me! Updated on 16 Mar 2016: Following the birth of my wonderful two daughters, I was left feeling very insecure about my body. Things simply did not look the same as they did before I got pregnant and as a result it caused a severe blow to my self-confidence meaning that I found myself turning down modelling opportunities.I was no longer happy about the shape of my breasts and felt that they were no longer in the position that they were when I initially had my first boob job.I must admit I was very anxious because a mastopexy isn’t as straightforward as a breast augmentation but with Beyond Beauty and pioneering surgeon Nick Percival, I had NO worries.. They truly are the best in their field.I had loose skin and a very visible C-section scar which reminded me of the awful experience I had when giving birth, this was truly traumatic for me. I had long used various lotions and remedies to reduce the appearance of my scar, however these did not work.
I've finally booked a tummy tuck! It's something I've been wanting to do for years but have never had the courage to pull the trigger and sign on the dotted line, but it's happening in 10 weeks time and I have an equal mixture of fear and excitement! I'm a 6ft 4in British guy who used to weigh over 350lbs and over the course of one to two years I’ve managed to lose roughly 140lbs via diet and exercise, now the lifestyle I lead keeps my weight steady, and I’m growing by 1lb or so per month in muscle mass as opposed to fat. I lost the fat over the course of two to three years, I started off my fat loss by cycling which worked brilliantly in terms of getting the numbers on the scales to go down, however it wasn't really leaving me with the body shape or type I wanted, only the gym would do that. I've been going to the gym for the past 18 months and have finally started to develop a physique which I am proud of when it's hidden under clothes, however I've never been happy with my tummy due to the loose skin. The reason I have a mixture of fear and excitement about the tummy tuck procedure is because you can't be sure of the results you're going to get - I've seen some post-surgery pics via this site where I wouldn't be happy with the final result if it was me and others where the results seem nothing short of phenomenal! I think a lot of that is down to how much excess fat the patient is carrying before the surgery, and as such I’m using my final 10 weeks prior to surgery to try and drop as much remaining fat as I possibly can, I’m hoping to be 5-8lbs lighter than I currently am now before I go under the knife. I'm lucky in the sense that I didn't ever deposit my fat in my chest too much so even after a 140lb weight loss my chest doesn't need any work, my thighs are fine also in the areas which you would see whilst wearing swimming trunks or boxer briefs, just the very upper thigh is a little loose, as is my mons pubis but this should be addressed in the surgery. The one thing I hope to gain is the confidence to take my shirt off at the beach or pool, something which I’ve been against doing for the past 15 years of my life.
I’ve had a number of procedures by Mr Percival; first a full abdominoplasty, (11/13) then face-lift, brow-lift, (05/14). As well as this I had tuberous breast for which I had implants, and then later explant, and lift with full maxtopexy, (05/14 to 05/15). The price above is for the abdominoplasty only. I had a twin pregnancy with normal sized babies born at 38 weeks, (so I was quite big) and despite a committed effort at the gym I still had a big belly. For abdominoplasty I asked for Mr Percival to make the abdominal muscles ‘extra tight’. Whilst the recovery was very challenging, I was back at the gym 6 weeks after the surgery and then beyond my previous strength just 10 weeks after the surgery. Everyone is different in their recovery, but for me everything about the abdominoplasty exceeded my expectations. It is certainly worth all the pain and discomfort of the recovery. I suffered a facial injury about 20 years ago, so the idea of a change to my face though a face lift and brow lift was not a problem. Now I look at pictures of my self 10 years ago and I think that I haven’t changed! I had minimal bruising, so just 2 weeks after surgery I could drop the children off at school. Initially I had ridges in my scalp, which could be painful if I bumped them, but now a year later they have completely gone. When I look at images of other women who’ve had facelifts I notice that my scars are particularly well hidden. Another excellent result! Initially I had small tuberous breasts and wore a 32B bra. I chose 225 g anatomical, textured implants. After the implants I was measured as 32D and was a little bigger than I’d wanted. The recovery went well, but for a number of personal reasons I wanted a revision and the implants removed. 9 months after the surgery I had an explant and maxtopexy. Mr Percival had a very difficult starting point with my tuberous breasts, and although they are not the perfect beautiful beasts that anyone would want, I believe they are now the best they could be given the start point and everything that has happened. Throughout the revisions Mr Percival was understanding, patient and accommodating with my requests. I tend to get hypertrophic scaring and I had a skin couple of infections. All dealt with very well. I am very fussy and probably quite a demanding customer; for my surgery I prioritised surgical skill, experience and reputation over price and ‘smooth talking’. Well, price was important, but I didn’t want a ‘summer special’ or bargain deal if it meant being seen by less skilled surgeon. Updated on 10 Aug 2016: It's been several years since my abdominoplasty, but just wanted to show how I look at 51 after a twin pregnancy. I feel super fit, strong and well. Updated on 11 Aug 2016:
