WORTH IT
I chose the best and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Neimkin puts the patient first and only performed the lower eyelid procedure which was right for me. He takes a laid back approach and is truly concerned about his patients experience and success. Stephen Bradley, PA, was exceptional. I highly recommend OP & CS.
