I am giving a one star review because of billing frustration. I have a HRA account with money to pull from for Doctor visits and medication. Instead of billing my insurance and pulling from that fund, the office manager said it is office policy to get paid upfront. I then got my insurance on the phone explaining to them the amount of money in my account that they can bill and receive from that fund. She would only consent to letting me pay half and said she would bill my insurance
