Juvederm and Sculptra for Mid Cheeks
If you are looking for a good Doctor for facial fillers I recommend hands down Dr. Matthew Reschley from Medical Dermatology Specialists, in Atlanta, but he has an office in Lawrenceville, too!
As a 40 years old of course I am trying to look younger, so last year I tried voluma for the first time with another provider and I wasn't much happy with the results I looked lumpy in some areas of my face and it took like 4 months for the lump to go away, to top it all when the volume started to go away it left my face with a diagonal depression, that I could swear I didn't have it before the filler (attached pics), that was so weird, also when I was much younger I had a buccal fat removal procedure that left my face asymmetrical and with the passing of years I noticed my mid cheeks were kind of hollowing, making me look older.
It has been a journey trying to find the right Doctor for fillers, that understands in what part of my cheeks I wanted volume and the locations I didn't want any volume, after thorough research and praying finally I found Dr. Matthew Reschley, who understands the look I want. I am attaching before and after pictures.
The fillers he advised and I am currently usong are juverderm and sculptra and so far I am very pleased with the results I just wish sculptra effects would kick in faster and juvederm last longer which in my case seems only last 5 - 6 months, I noticed Sculptra works better filling out the outer sides of my mid cheeks, which I had only 1 session, so I experienced a very subtle increase of volume, so I will get a 2nd round of Sculptra, and as for the front of my mid cheeks I noticed 1 vial of juvederm worked better , perhaps because it is an inmediate filler, compare sculptra that works only gradually I guess and it's not really a filler but a booster for my own collagen.
Dr. Matthew Reschley has a particular technique that doesn't leave your face looking lumpy, I can tell he is a perfectionist in his work and he avoids the overdone filled looking pillow face or chipmunk cheeks results. None can tell I got fillers done unless I tell, his work looks very natural, so I highly recommend :)
