I am a young looking 70 years old but had under eye bags, yet no dark or red discoloration. Dr. Soro injected Restylane Silk in the tear trough to mitigate the under eye bags. Everything looked great for exactly 9 months despite some hard lumps that weren't visible. At exactly 9 months the bags returned along with under eye RED CIRCLES that are still just as bad one and one half months later! Dr. Soro thought maybe the product was blocking blood flow causing the redness. He suggested injections to get rid of any remaining product ...I said NO! I now need to use lots of concealer to try to cover them up as it makes me look very old and tired. Apparently Dr. Soro does not use Restylane Silk for the tear trough anymore maybe because of this side effect. I am hoping this is not permanent! Beware!!

Over the past month Dr. Soro, of Shino Bay Aguilera, has been kind and concerned enough to contact me several times to follow up on my unfortunate 9 months later outcome from tear trough Restylane Silk. At first he tried Volbella which is injected by cannula which seemed to lessen bruising and bleeding (make sure you stop aspirin and other listed supplements days before your procedure and try bromelain to help prevent bruising.) The result was a little lumpy and had ridges. Then, a week or two later, at no further cost, he again tried Restylane Silk. At first there were some needle marks and slight bruising and swelling.but now, two weeks later I must say I am pleased with the result. The red circles under my eyes have faded enough that concealer works well.and the under eye bags have been evened out by the filler. In a few months I must realistically anticipate that I'll need to opt for a more permanent solution such as surgery. I am very pleased with the superior skill, follow-up, kindness, patience and concern of Dr. Soro who has stayed with me every step of the way to provide a satisfactory outcome. I would certainly recommend him for any cosmetic facial enhancement. It may take a little experimenting to find the product that works best for you but you can have confidence in Dr. Soro's ability to make that happen!

I was pretty nervous it being my first time, him and his staff are very kind, and profesional. Dr Soro has angel hands! the procedure was quick and painless. Im also healing better than I expected , no bruising and the swelling only lasted a day. Great experience!

I recently went to Dr. Soro for Sculptra. I was very happy with the procedure - not only did I not feel any discomfort from injections but I also did not have any bruising. The last time I had injections was years ago from a Dr. in Delray Beach - I had so much pain and whole face was bruised afterward. It was like night and day. I would never go to anyone other than Dr. Soro! I was extremely please!

Love Shino Bay Derm! This was my third time getting Juvederm lip filler. Dr. Soro worked with me to gradually enlarge my lips. They're symmetrical and look natural. I trust and enjoy going to Shino Bay. Also, the clean environment and great customer service make the experience fun (esp. since the first time I went I was so nervous!) I specifically enjoy working with Jordan and Dawn because I know I am safe and can have any questions answered with them, they are knowledgeable about the products and experience. I would highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical of what could be achieved on someone who had surfed, sailed and fished for 50 years, and probably 40 of those years having never used sunscreen. We use to apply oil to tan in those days..lol.

I had a few friends who had this procedure, and they were happy with the results, so I did some research here and elsewhere and after looking at results achieved by different practitioners in my area, I chose to go to Shino Bay in Ft. Lauderdale. I chose to have a more aggressive treatment, as I am the type of person who likes to get the maximum benefit out of something if I am going to do it.

Dr. Soro & the staff explained things well, and after taking some preop photos and applying numbing cream, which takes effect in minutes, the procedure started. I was told that having the more aggressive treatment entailed having the laser power set higher to penetrate deeper. I can't say that the actual procedure was a painless experience, but there was no pain after it was complete, through to when it was completely healed.

They gave me a gel pack and a care package with assorted goodies. There was definitely no need for any pain medication, though if I remember correctly it was part of my prescription, along with an antibiotic.

The photos document the results, and I am very happy with them. Without a doubt my skin looks better than it did 15 years ago, and I look at least 8 years younger. We will see how things go, but I would probably consider doing it again depending on how well I age. I now take good care of my "investment", by always using sunscreen SPF 30-50 on my face whenever I am going to be outside for more than 15 mins

I would definitely recommend Dr. Soro and Shino Bay... a beautiful establishment and everyone was very attentive and professional. I have seen Dr. Soro again and had some fillers which also produced good results. Will write a separate review when I get some time.

On Wednesday I had Smartskin CO2 laser with PRP as well as Sculptra infused topically. I was extremely nervous at what I was about to encounter as videos online were quite scary to watch. The experience was the exact opposite! The laser itself was virtually pain free - some slight stinging (heat) at times but not much and not bad. When finished, my face was red but not as red as I had expected. I felt like I had a sunburn but went away within few hours. The next morning I was slightly red but not bad. I had no pain or discomfort. I even went to lunch with my brother and he didn't notice anything different. On Friday my face was more tan with very slight pinkish color. I did go back on Thursday and Friday for the Red Light Laser which was offered to help promote the healing (no charge). I am absolutely amazed that I had no pain or discomfort, no blistering or open sores (as seen on Utube) and no downtime! I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Soro and his staff. I would like to Thank them from the bottom of my heart and for being so good at what they do!

I saw Dr. Soro for the Affirm Multiplex Dual Fractional Laser. I have had 3 treatments so far. Dr. Soro has an amazing bedside manner. He is completely honest with what you need and what you do not need. I would not trust anyone else to touch my face with a laser. My recovery was minimal (I was red the first day and barely pink the second day) and I loved the treatment. For me it is so much better than any CO2 laser.

Been coming here for awhile, even before I moved to Florida. Dr. Shino & Soro are fabulous! They really work with you step by step to get ur skin in top condition. Botox & lips great, very natural looking. Brandi is awesome too! Great with peels & facials. Jake too, very attentive & quick to get ur skin plan into action & appointments booked

I am extremely happy with the results thus far. I constantly get comments about how amazing I look lately. I just look refreshed and just with an overall younger look without that "fake, swollen, pulled look". Dr. Soro is amazing at recommending the right procedure for each individual given their current situation, not just simply performing the same procedure on everyone. I am still working on completing my treatment, but am incredibly impressed with the results at this point. The staff is very polite and professional and the facilities are impeccable. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience!

Brandi the technician was very knowledagble and attentive, she was very informative and in tune throughout the procedure _ did experience any bruising or pain afterwards, I was able to resume my normal activity later the same day. I would recommend Brandi to anyone considering this procedure as it is clear her technique works.
