Restylane Silk in the Under Eye Tear Trough - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Over the past month Dr. Soro, of Shino Bay Aguilera, has been kind and concerned enough to contact me several times to follow up on my unfortunate 9 months later outcome from tear trough Restylane Silk. At first he tried Volbella which is injected by cannula which seemed to lessen bruising and bleeding (make sure you stop aspirin and other listed supplements days before your procedure and try bromelain to help prevent bruising.) The result was a little lumpy and had ridges. Then, a week or two later, at no further cost, he again tried Restylane Silk. At first there were some needle marks and slight bruising and swelling.but now, two weeks later I must say I am pleased with the result. The red circles under my eyes have faded enough that concealer works well.and the under eye bags have been evened out by the filler. In a few months I must realistically anticipate that I'll need to opt for a more permanent solution such as surgery. I am very pleased with the superior skill, follow-up, kindness, patience and concern of Dr. Soro who has stayed with me every step of the way to provide a satisfactory outcome. I would certainly recommend him for any cosmetic facial enhancement. It may take a little experimenting to find the product that works best for you but you can have confidence in Dr. Soro's ability to make that happen!

I am a young looking 70 years old but had under eye bags, yet no dark or red discoloration. Dr. Soro injected Restylane Silk in the tear trough to mitigate the under eye bags. Everything looked great for exactly 9 months despite some hard lumps that weren't visible. At exactly 9 months the bags returned along with under eye RED CIRCLES that are still just as bad one and one half months later! Dr. Soro thought maybe the product was blocking blood flow causing the redness. He suggested injections to get rid of any remaining product ...I said NO! I now need to use lots of concealer to try to cover them up as it makes me look very old and tired. Apparently Dr. Soro does not use Restylane Silk for the tear trough anymore maybe because of this side effect. I am hoping this is not permanent! Beware!!
