Had a very quick consultation but decided to go with Dr van wyck, staff seem helpful but very very slow at responding to emails. They responded to the email for a consultation within an hour but it seems questions about the surgery (now that I paid in full) aren't being answered. Usually 2-3 days after I have to call to ask them to answer the questions (they said they read the email, so why not answer it?). Hope the post op communication is quicker. Excited for the breast
