He is beyond the best surgeon to go to for enhancements. I went to him over 6 years ago to get my silicons gummy bear implants and this doctor gave me the best breast implant job ever. I intend to go back to him soon to get a breast lift ( had 1 kid three years ago ) and get smaller breast implants ( currently a DD with 650cc).
I love his work and have referred many of my friends and family and they also love their results. He’s very honest about your results and isn’t crazy expensive like all the doctors you hear on the radio. A girl I know went to a doctor she heard on the radio and didn’t like her results and ended up going to Dr. Wolf for other procedures and loves what he did for her.
Dr. Wolf did an incredible job. He is so down to earth and no BS talk. I was ready to put my deposit down at my consultation in March, and he told me to think about it over the weekend and then call to set up the appointment. His staff are extremely professional and the nicest individuals. He also injected my lips with Juvederm which came out really good. Very natural looking!! My sister had her breast implants done by him 20 years ago, so that's how I became his patient. My sister still loves her implants. She has not had them replaced yet either (like they say you should after 10 or 15 years if I'm not mistaken). Next up, a breast lift next January! I could go on and on about how wonderful he is as a plastic surgeon and person, but I'll keep it short. He did a great job on my tummy tuck and lipo! On another note, he is always on time. I had to go back several times for my drain situation and had some aspirations that needed to be done because I wasn't laying around enough like he told me to. He was always ready when I got there! GREAT PHYSICIAN WHO IS AN ARTIST with the body. I will post pictures later. Contact me if you have any questions.
Well after several months on this website. I had lipo done on my upper and lower abs, my flanks, saddle and outer thighs plus a mini tummy tuck. My surgery was last Friday and today is my post day 4. The day of surgery: I arrived at 10:45 am my surgery was scheduled for 11, after a few minutes I paid and met with Dr. Wolf for a few moments. I was a little nervous but he greeted me with a huge hug, he was very kind and caring. He explain everything to me and ask if I have any questions or concerns. I went back out to the waiting area and was called back about 20 minutes later to have my photos and markings done by Dr. Wolf. There was a little wait before it was time for me to have my procedure due to another women ahead of me. So they made me really comfortable in the waiting room by giving me a blanket, dim the lights with music. About 20 to 30 minutes later they came and got for my surgery. In the surgery room I met with the anesthesiologist she was super nice and nurse for the 2nd time. She ask me some more questions and then started my IV. I have super small veins but she was able to get a good vein the 1st try...lol. After a few minutes I guess I was off because the next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery. Dr. Wolf and staff made sure I made it to my hotel and was settle in nice and cozy. That night I slept pretty much the entire night thanks to the Percocet Dr. Wolf prescribed for pain. When I did wake I was a little drench from the leakage. I laid on 2 to 3 towels and lots of pillows on my back. I was pretty sore and took 1 of the pain pills and that got me thru the rest of the night. The next day I had to take 2 every 6 hours with my antibiotic every12 hours. Day 1 after surgery: Getting up to go to the bathroom, and laying back down was the hardest thing to do! I was stiff and pretty sore. I didn't have an appetite but I forced myself to eat. I had lunchable and orange juice and I about 32 oz of water. The doctor came to see me and took a drain out of my stomach from the tummy tuck. There wasn't a lot of drainage as he expected. The next day I got up and flew home to rest. Walking was a little easier than I expected. Overall I am super swollen with some bruises on my thighs. After the 1st day, I didn't have anymore bleeding. Day 2 was about the same and controlled with pain med's. I ate lots of protein filled meals as protein is good for healing. I'm also eating a lot of pineapples, drinking lots of water and taking turmeric for the bruising and inflammation. Day 4:I took my 1st shower after consulting with Dr. Wolf and notice more swelling especially my feet. I'm trying to stay of my feet more but I really feel better than I had expected so far. I hope I done over do it. For the most part I'm feeling fairly good. I can't tell how my body looks my stomach looks a little swollen and hard. I will try to post my pre procedure and post pics soon. Happy healing :)
I was referred to Dr. Wolf by a girlfriend, I got a good vibe immediately. He answered all of my questions and was really nice. I wanted to get my thighs done also, Dr. Wolf let me know I didn't need it and he refused to do it that made me even more comfortable. Super excited to see my results. Will be sure to post as I progress. Updated on 15 Jun 2015: Wanted to provide some details on my surgery and progress so far. My post-op is Wednesday so I will be able to post some pics then. The day of surgery: I arrived at 10:30 my surgery was a 11, after a little wait I was called back and Dr. Wolf took pictures and drew the circles. I met with the anesthesiologist she was super nice and she tried to start the IV. I have super small veins so it is always a task for anyone to get a vein. It took almost 45 minutes to get the IV in (she even tried my feet ouch) she was finally able to get a vein I was super happy because I was in a lot of pain and was crying just because I felt bad (crazy I know). She was super sweet and patient, she and the nurse kept me warm and talked me through a super stressful time. The next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery super confused lol. Night after Surgery: I slept the entire night my Doctor prescribed Percocet for pain and let me just say it was a LIFE SAVER! I had to take 2 every 6 hours I am also taking an antibiotic ever 12 hours. Day 1 after surgery: Sitting up was the hardest thing to do! I wasn't so much in pain but I was super sore like I worked out for 10 days straight no break. I didn't have an appetite so I just ate applesauce and drank water. My doctor told me to make sure eI walked around to prevent blood clots and honestly walking and standing is a lot better than sitting. Also my throat was on fire from the tube I am sure. Overall I am super swollen and I can't wait to get these bandages off on Wednesday. I didn't have too much leakage. I saw some ladies that have soaked through there garments. I see blood and stuff on the bandages but its nothing too bad. 3 days post: I woke up today forgetting I had surgery, I still don't have too much of an appetite so I ate fruit, applesauce and some crackers. Still drinking a lot of water. I didn't really need my pain meds today. I was feeling so good I did too much moving around and really hurt myself. I ended up having to sit down for a while and take my pain medications. TMI moment I haven't had a bowel movement since the surgery finally had one later on this evening after eating greens (my mom has been trying to get me to poop for 3 days lol). Overall I am feeling good. I can't tell how my body looks my stomach still looks really swollen. I will be sure to take pics Wednesday after my shower (my doctor told me not to take a shower until after my post op and I am feeling gross even though I take a bird bath 3 times a day it seems) Excited to see my progress! Happy healing Real Selfers :) Will post pics Wednesday xoxo Updated on 17 Jun 2015: So I went to the Doctor today and he says that everything is healing really well. He said he took out a liter and a half of fat he showed me a picture but I was really grossed out by it lol. I have 2 areas with dissolvable stitches and the others are open but really small. I was surprised to see that I had ZERO bruising...the way my body felt I was sure I was going to be black and blue...but that wasn't the case. I am going to get a new garment tomorrow, the current one is cutting into my back (you will actually be able to see it on one of the pictures) I have one more follow up next week to make sure that no fluid is collecting under my skin but he does not believe that it will happen. I am excited to see how my body changes...honestly my back still looks really weird to me. My back has always been my problem area, even at my smallest I felt really self conscious about it so it may just be in my mind. I am still really swollen and in pain but nothing major. If anyone has any suggestions on garments or fajas I am open to suggestions. Happy Healing all of my Real Selfers :) Updated on 21 Jun 2015: For the last couple of days I have been super swollen and itchy especially on my flanks and back, I mean I look 3 months pregnant. I took off my garment yesterday because I am so swollen it hurts and has been leaving welts on my body even with the foam. I do see improvement on my back but my stomach is another story. Its hard, swollen and looks huge to me I don't have any lumps but it is hard as a brick. Walking and bending has been super hard so I had to get back on my pain meds and really trying to take it easy. I go back to the doctor Wednesday and see what he says. Also I have been paranoid to eat anything I a super nervous about gaining weight especially since I can't go to the gym. I actually got a food service for a couple of weeks they make and deliver portioned meals. Hopefully in the next couple of days I will feel better and I will take a post more pics. Happy Healing Real Selfers xoxo Updated on 22 Jun 2015: Here are a couple of pics I am super swollen and you can see that in the pics. I know this is a part of the healing process but I am ready to get over this hump for sure. Updated on 26 Jun 2015: I had my surgery 2 weeks ago!! Time goes by crazy fast and I am finally seeing some results especially in my back. I am still hard in areas and puffy but the pain and discomfort I had a couple of days ago is gone thankfully. The foam I am using really helps minimize the dents and marks in my skin so I am going to continue using it (my doctor gave me a fresh batch at my last follow up) and I am hoping that it will cut down my healing some and I will be bikini ready by the 22nd of July for my trip :)...I honestly miss the gym and I hate the gym but I am ready to get up and mobile. Also I am having my doctor prescribe Adipex to assist me with my weight loss goals. I guess I will do more research on this site to see if anyone has had any results. Also thank you to everyone that comments and offers support! I really appreciate it. Happy healing Real Selfers! :) Updated on 29 Jun 2015: Well today is my day that i have seen others talk about on Realself...its the day where I am not feeling too sure about my surgery decision -___- My body is doing weird things the last couple of days. I have some weird bulges and hard marks...and today my back looks mad weird IDK it could just be my mind but i am not feeling cute today AT ALL blah. I haven't tried on regular clothes (I have been wearing yoga pants) so i don't know how my body has changed. I was really confident about being bikini ready but today not so much. Also I started my Adipex today so far so good...I am feeling a little wired but nothing too bad. I feel like I drank coffee with a double shot not shaky...but just really hype. Hopefully this mini emotional hump will pass soon its kinda...actually really annoying. I just want to be happy with my body and not be over here second guessing my decision that I was once so sure about. Anyway here are some pics. I had some people ask about my foam so here is a picture of the packaging it came in. This foam is super expensive like $900 my doctor gave me 4 pieces of it. They do come in handy my only complaint is the adhesive on one side irritates my skin and rubs off. So I have rubbed all of the adhesive off (think about when you were a kid and put glue on your hand and rolled it in a ball...I am not the only one that did that am I?) after doing that I haven't had any problems. I have seen other foam on Ebay and Amazon a lot cheaper...named lip foam. Also my garment is by Design Veronique (zippered torso brief) both the foam and the garment were provided by my doctor who performed the surgery. i am looking for someone in Georgia to do a massage for me...I had my surgery done in Michigan because of the great referral to Dr. Wolf but I don't live there...if anyone knows of a place I would love a recommendation. Hope this answers some questions. Happy Monday Real Self Family xoxo
I am 21 years old and have been wanting to get implants for a couple of years now....I had my surgery 6/13/14, so I am one day post op and doing pretty good. Started wearing a 32C but not filling it well... Day of surgery, I was extremely nauseous(threw up twice because of meds) and kept dozing off throughout the day. The pain was pretty awful as well. First day after was a big improvement. I stayed up throughout the day, pain was reduced, felt more pressure and tightness of chest and shortness of breath though. Updated on 17 Jun 2014: Feeling soooo much better and my breasts are beginning to get soft... minimal pain and tightness... post-op appointment is tomorrow :) Updated on 19 Jun 2014: Went to my post-op yesterday... things are looking good... dr. said i have some firmness in the upper part of my breast so i was recommended a massage technique to help that out ... Updated on 6 Jul 2014: So its been a little over 3 weeks since my surgery date... everything is going good... slowly regaining feeling in my breasts which I am happy about...now i am just waiting for my breasts to drop to the same level...my left one is still a little higher which is obvious in the pics but overall I am super happy with my result. The size is perfect for my body! They also feel better still firmer than my natural breasts tho which is expected I guess. I also got measured at Victoria's Secret and am a 32DDD which sounds a lot bigger than it looks, but I think It goes well with my frame. Updated on 9 Jul 2014: Updated on 22 Mar 2015: Thought I'd update finally, my breasts dropped significantly. They are soft and look natural. I have amazing cleavage:) One thing I dislike, is that you can still see the fold of my original breasts faintly. I would like to have this fixed.Maybe go up 100 cc's in size. Other than that, this has changed my life. Confidence has gone waaaaaaay up. Male attention has gone up as well :P I'm loving life post surgery :) Don't regret my decision at all! Updated on 22 Mar 2015:
I promised to hold off from blogging until I set an actual date for my procedure, and it's official! I'll be having my breast augmentation on January 3rd. I'm so excited, I won't give you a loooong back story, let's just say I've wanted this since my little chest started to develop. I went to a couple consultations last year and I decided on Dr. wolf. He answered all my questions, and was very "straight to the point" that's what I liked most about him. Other surgeons gave me that sales pitch feel. I put 250$ down to save a date & the rest will be paid in full prior to the surgery. I'm getting the cohesive gel silicone implants (the notorious gummy bear implants) a friend of mine had hers done with Wolf and they look phenomenal! I haven't decided on CCs yet 400 maybe? I'm a 32B now and I'd like to be a D. I'll be updating again December 16th on my pre-op appointment :) Updated on 20 Dec 2013: I arrived at Wolf's office at 10AM (a half & hour early lol I was too excited) there was no wait time to see him. We talked over what would go on before, during & after the surgery. He was very straight forward and answered all my questions. He gave me a little folder with everything that he had explained on paper, along with my prescriptions. Then it was off to pick my size!!!!!! I originally said 400cc's or larger but I'm petite, and ended up picking 375cc's hopefully I won't regret going smaller. I've had a lot of anxiety about this. But my final decision was based off of the fact that I can always go bigger later if I preferred to. I'd regret going TOO big. My stats; I'm 5'0" , 105lbs and my current bra size is 32B. I'm a bit curvy (perky butt) & I'm afraid of looking top heavy. & YES! I'll be posting before & afters, closer to when they are done don't worry. Updated on 2 Jan 2014: I can't believe this! This is really happening! HAPPY BOOB YEAR TO ME! I've got everything together at home, stocked up on food, got myprescriptions filled etc. now it's the waiting game. I'm feeling so many different emotions right now, excited, nervous, and a bit of dis belief. My surgery is at 8AM about a hour away from home. I really don't think I'm going to be able to sleep tonight, I was instructed by my doctor to take one muscle relaxer pill before bed & one when I leave the house the next morning. (No food no drink, only a little sip of water with the pills). Hopefully it helps me sleep, my nerves are through the roof. I've changed my size AGAIN, to 350ccs. I know it isn't a huge difference but it'll give me a little peace of mind. I've been sporting uncomfortable rice sizers & the 350s look better. Here are my befores! Sorry about the quality. Updated on 3 Jan 2014: In the waiting room, literally biting my nails off! Ahhh! Took muscle relaxers last night, still barley slept. Not food or water. But WOAHHHHH I really had to pee this morning. I heald it two hours to go when I got to the sergical center, (urine sample) I knew I wouldn't be able to go again. Nothing going on yet, besides the fact that I'm STARVING! Next update I'll have my new tatas! WISH ME LUCK! Xo Updated on 3 Jan 2014: Lying in bed, very tight & sore. The ride home in the car was the worst. Swear my grandma hit every bump lol. My breasts don't feel heavy per say. But, I feel pressure in the middle of my chest (about three fingers vertically in the cleavage area). I'm also numbed. The actual surgery was very quick. 45 minuets or so. I felt no pain & woke up fully dressed wrapped in a heated blanked. Thank you Dr. Wolf & staff! They were so friendly and helped me relax. I know they are swollen, but the size is PEEFECT! I'll take pictures soon, I can't fully extend my arms. Didn't expect to be feeling handicapped lol my grandma is taking the best care of me! I love her so much! I can't sit up on my own. And when we first arrived home I couldn't eat on my own. My arms felt more weak than they do now. Probably from the anesthesia. I had an appetite today & no nausea thank goodness! Ate small stuff, applesauce, cottage cheese, noodles & home made mochi. The pain pills are a MUST! Every six hours. Muscle relaxers also every six hours or as needed. OH! and I don't really have "frankenboob" woooohh! I was so terrified of that. Pictures soon loves :) Updated on 5 Jan 2014: Finally took my bra off! They look beautiful already! I'm really surprised. My left side feels better, less pain. my incisions are a little itchy. My breasts are feeling softer everyday. Oh, and my nipples aren't bigger! In my before pictured they are hard (TMI sorry lol) and currently they are soft & a bit numb. Updated on 10 Jan 2014: One week update. Up until today I was okay & now all of a sudden I'm feeling so sick. Nauseous but not actually throwing up. Headaches and my upper back is killing me. I eat food before all my meds, I'm really confused as to why I'm feeling so shitty.... Anyone else have sickness like this? Boobs are feeling sore in the middle still. & are still sitting high. Went to my post opp and Doc said I'm still swollen. I'm a bit relieved to hear that because they are feeling really big. I don't want second thoughts about size...I think I would of had a mental break down if I'd gone any bigger. Hoping they feel better as they drop & the swelling subsides. Updated on 11 Jan 2014: Updated on 23 Jan 2014: OMG time is flyingggggg, I feel like i just got my boobies yesterday lol. Anywho... Let me talk about how things have been. PROS: My implants are dropping and feeling SO MUCH softer! I'm surprised how quickly this happened. & no, I cannot feel the implant or "foreign object" in me at all. They just feel like mine. Started my massages or breast exorcize after my first post opp apt & it's paying off, I'm starting to get a little jiggle when I walking or going up & down stairs which is nice. The swelling has gone down and the pain is at a 2... Barley need pain meds anymore. My incisions look great, they are perfectly hidden in the crease. You can't even see them unless you lift up the breast & closely look. I can actually reach for things now lol. Everyone is different, I definitely babied myself during recovery. Didn't lift anything and barley used my arms above the elbo (if that makes sense). I was terrified of pulling a muscle and having the breast pocket form abnormally so I took it easy. And lastly almost all the numbness is gone. There were a couple spots maybe the size of a quarter that I noticed where numb after the second week. But now everything is back to normal. CONS: My nipples are hypersensitive, not to happy about that but they should go back to normal in time. It's just really annoying. I can still feel where my incisions are. But dr. Wolf said that's the internal sutures and they can take longer to dissolve that's all. Still can't lay on my side, just like natural breasts when you lay on your side they flop over but at this point THAT HURTS! (In the middle of my chest, this must be where my muscles are the tightest because it's hurt the most during recovery). Updated on 20 Feb 2014: Talk about squish! I'm so happy I could scream. I have cleavage, and they jiggle! Here are some new pics. Updated on 4 Apr 2014: Hello loves, boobie update here! Today is my three month anniversary! I'm so pleased with how they've turned out. Very natural feeling, I can't remember the difference between my breasts before or now. They feel great. I've had minimal pain. Every once in a while they can be achy (mostly after physical activity) and an over the counter pain pill dose the trick. Here are some updated pictures!! Updated on 4 Apr 2014:
I was a 34A before. 475CC silicone underneath the breast under the muscle high profile implants. I now wear a 34D/36D/34DD(comfort) Dr. Wolf was nothing short of amazing. I was very nervous to have the procedure since I had seen so many breast enhancements that looked either totally botched, too far apart, or just way too round and fake especially on the top. It took at least 5 months for them to fall and look more natural. They are EXTREMELY soft now. I am SO HAPPY I did this!
Im 43 and have had 4 children. I breastfed my last 2 and lost volume in my breasts. I am currently a 34B and 130 pounds. I had my breast augmentation consultation today. I was very nervous. My husband went with me. Dr. Wolf was awesome and answered all of our questions. I did a lot of research before hand. Dr wolf measured my breasts and I do not need a lift. That was one of my worries. I tried on different size implants in a bra he provided. We decided on 550cc Mentor Silicone implants. My surgery is scheduled for March 21st 2022. I am posting before pictures. Updated on 18 Mar 2022: I can't believe I have 3 days until my surgery. I had to call my surgeon earlier in the week because I broke out in a terrible rash from a new tanning lotion. I had to be put on prednisone by my primary care doctor and wanted to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my breast augmentation! I also started freaking out thinking I may be going too large. But when I breastfed my last son my breasts were huge! I have room! :) I looked up many before and afters of 550cc. I found before as close to my breast loom and shape as possible. I also got my house in order. Went and bought some easy meals for my husband to make for our boys. We own a small business with one other employee so I kind of feel bad that my husband has to pick up my slack. But these will be for both of us! I have to keep telling myself that. Sorry for my diary! It helps my nerves! I'm including a pic of me with my milk boobs! This was 10 yeas ago. Also on my pervious post I said I'm 130 pounds. I was wrong, I'm 123 pounds. Updated on 21 Mar 2022: Today was the day! My surgery was at 11am and I was out and headed home by 1pm. Everything went smooth and Dr. Wold say I chose a good size! Here are a few pics in my surgical bra. 550cc. I've been staying on top of the pain. To me it just feels like I'm engorged. Updated on 22 Mar 2022: I feel great! I just feel a little sore toward the bottom. I didn't even need paid meds other than ibuprofen this morning. I did take a muscle relaxer a while ago because when I got up to use the potty I could really feel the heaviness. I am still pretty swollen. More swollen than I was after surgery. I am able to take a shower tomorrow so I will take a few pictures without my bra. They are kind of Frankenstein looking lol. But that's normal with the swelling. I have my 1st post op appointment in 4 day. My dr will show me how to massage my breasts then. Here's a picture from today. I think they look pretty proportionate to my frame. Updated on 23 Mar 2022: I was able to shower and take my gauze off. My husband says my stiristrips and everything underneath look good. My left boob is still a lot more swollen than. My right. I have less mobility in my left arm as well. I haven't taken anything today other than my antibiotics. I can't wait for thrse babies to drop! Updated on 25 Mar 2022: Happy that the swelling in my left side is starting to go down a bit. I can see I do have some bruising in the middle of my chest and underneath. They are a lot less sore and I am really starting to like them. At 1st if was a shock like I had bolted 2 torpedoes to my chest. My left arm is getting easier to move. My left nipple has some sensitivity and my right kind of feels like a needle stabbing it when you touch it but hey, I have feeling! I'm bloated but was able to poop a bit this morning! Still only taking ibuprofen once or twice a day when I start feeling a bit of tightness. Updated on 28 Mar 2022: Can't believe it's already been a week. I've started my breast massages. They really help with the soreness. I'm trying to use my left arm more to get my muscle worked out. It's still much more weak and sore than my right. I think my boobs are starting to even out. I'm still sleeping elevated in bed. I was in a recliner but I couldn't stand it. I tried to sleep without my surgical bra last night but the weight of these bad boys being free was uncomfortable! ???? I'm still a bit bloated. I took a stool softener on Friday (today is Monday) and I was able to go poop Saturday but It seems to have slowed back down again. I am off work this week again, hopefully I can go back next week. I'm gonna post a few videos and pics of my progress. Updated on 30 Mar 2022: Thought I'd add a few side view pics. You can see my right had already started to drop. My left is still high and Franken-boob looking. I developed a bruise under my left breast and I'm waiting to hear back from my Dr. I emailed him photos but he asked for some front view so he can make sure my left breast isn't a lot larger in size than my right. If it is it could be a hematoma. But my bruise is already fading and to me it doesn't look like their size is that much different. Updated on 30 Mar 2022: The side view pics didn't upload so I'll try again. I'll copy and paste what I wrote in my previous post Thought I'd add a few side view pics. Updated on 31 Mar 2022: I've been kind down in the dumps the last few days. I have 4 kids but only 2 live at home. Middle school and upper elementary age. I haven't been able to do much and I feel bad having them help me so much. I can understand if it was a needed surgery. But I chose to do this. I do not regret getting boobs, just wish it were easier. I am doing a lot more now but the 10 pound lift limit sucks. I ordered some new sports bras from Amazon. They arrived today so I decided to try them on as well as clothes for a little pick me up. I ordered size large but I think I probably could have went XL. I couldn't wear the bras Ling because they squeezed my already sore boobies together and made them hurt. Lol. I'm happy with the way I looked in them other than the back with a little flab. Still kind of bloated but much better. Didn't help that I was craving carbs while I was resting. Not being able to exercise doesn't help. I normally do intermittent fasting but being off work I've been bored. I might go to work do some installs tomorrow with my hubby to get out of the house. So here are some pictures. I know I updated yesterday but those pics I uploaded looked horrendous. Men can't take pictures, well at least mine can't! Updated on 2 Apr 2022: Here is 2ay 2 vs day 12. I ca. Definitely see the drop and softening in my right. My left still seems higher, tighter and sore. Ill try to take a pic in natural light tomorrow. In certain light the left looks more square up top. I know im only 12 days in but.... Im having a hard time sleeping because of worry. I emailed my Dr about 5 days ago. He wanted another pic from the front. I replied and sent an email right away and it's been 3 days since I've heard from him. I'm probably over thinking but I just asked him for some reassurance. Updated on 4 Apr 2022: Today marks 2 weeks post op. I'm feeling so much better. Hardly any tightness unless I use my arms a ton. I went back to work today so I know I'm going to be sore tonight. Luckily one of my employees is stepping up to do certain things I can't do. From here on out I will probably only post monthly unless there's a huge change! Updated on 4 Apr 2022: 2 weeks post op pics. Last post didn't upload my pictures. Not a huge change since my last update. Still haven't heard from my surgeon but I'm not worried. I'm not sure I will recommend him to anyone because his after care is lacking. Updated on 11 Apr 2022: Today marks 3 weeks. My med tape is still on. When did yours fall off, or did your dr remove it? Still no word from my Dr. really disappointing. Boobs still get tight when I move my arms too much but it's getting better. Getting much softer! Hopefully pictures load with my post. Been having issues. Updated on 11 Apr 2022: Here's a little collage. Before til now, 3 weeks post op. I do have a question for any of you. When I bend down and start to stand up I feel almost like a bubble behind my nipple. Only in my left breast. I know there can be trapped air and liquid and Ive heard some people can actually hear it . But I'm 3 weeks post is this still normal. It's the weirdest feeling. Lol anyone else have anything similar? Updated on 19 Apr 2022: Yesterday was 4 weeks post op. Can't believe how quickly time has passed. I took the rest of my medical tape off under my breasts. It was just hanging on. Let me say I definitely didn't expect my incisions to be so large. They are almost the same length of my boob fold. I have started using a silicone roll on scar cream but ordered the silicone sheets. I dont really care how long the scars are since no one will be seeing them but me and my husband. But from videos I've watched most now a days are pretty small. My guess is that my Dr didn't use the funnel technique. But I don't know for sure. Those reading, how big are yours? I have almost no tightening anymore. Just here and there when I use my arms to much. I have a physical job so I use my arms alot. I still have a slightly weird feeling in my left breast when I bend over. Almost like my implant is moving forward. But I've read it's good for them to move around. But I could be wrong. Another thing I want to mention. I dint know if it has any correlation but I've had terrible restless legs when I'm sleeping. It wakes me up and I have to massage my legs and get up to walk around. Could be because I'm still sleeping on my back. I'm to afraid to sleep on my side. I freak out think I will shift my implants somehow. My nipples are starting to get feeling back. But it isn't a very pleasant feeling. Sometimes it feels like a pin prick when I touch them. The bottom half of my boobs are still completely numb. I do get some sharp pains here and there but they only last a second. I believe most people call them zingers. I am uploading a video of how squishy they are becoming. According to my husband, still not 100% real feeling but much softer. Updated on 22 Apr 2022: Here is my progress so far. 1st 2 pics are before (front & side view). I feel like my breasts weren't really riding super high after surgery which I think has helped me drop pretty quickly. A funny thing I've noticed in this chilly Michigan weather, when I'm cold and shiver my boobs muscles spasm. I'm not sure if they did before but I really feel it now lol. They also get tight when I go out in cold weather. So strange! Updated on 27 Apr 2022: Dropping more, getting mire squishy. I feel my left is much bigger but it was before surgery. In the video below I'm wearing silicone scar sheets ( cut into strips) I've been wearing them for a little over a week now. My scars are already getting lighter! Updated on 3 May 2022: Wow! 6 weeks went by so fast. My right breast feels like a part of me. My left is still a little sore here and there. I still have a weird feeling in my left breast when I bend forward to pick something off the ground. Almost like it's falling forward or pulling away. My husband says they are starting to look and feel more real. I've been semi sleeping on my side. Only my left side because my left breast pulls when I try to lay on my right. I put a pillow under my left breast when I do sleep on my side. But for the most part I'm still on my back. I like my breasts but I wish I was a little more full up top. I feel they look a bit more saggy than I thought they would be. I haven't been fitted for a bra yet. I will eventually but I like wearing my surgical bra still! It's super comfy. My husband can't wait for me to throw it away! Updated on 14 May 2022: Tried on a new bikini top today. Bssed on reviews it said a L would fit. Although it covers, it doesn't cover as well as I would like on the side. I do have some underboob and side boob. So I am going to size up to an XL. It's kind of hard trying to find suits to fit me because a lot of places near me still will not let you use the fitting room. But this one was ordered from shein. Updated on 17 May 2022: A little update. Not much has changed really. Im still feeling that implant movement when I bend over. But I don't always notice it. I haven't had morning boob in a while. Which is nice. Sleeping on my side, sometimes it feel uncomfortable but for the most part I sleep pretty well. They are getting a lot more squishy. Moving and bouncing more too! I'm still unsure of ehat bra size I am so I got an ugly mom bra for now. My surgical bra started digging into my skin. I'm still wearing my scar straps. They seem to be working. Still unhappy with how big my scars are. Oh, I can flex my boobs and it's too funny. My husband and I die laughing when I do it. I'll post a video lol. Updated on 23 Jul 2022: 4 months has flown by! Things are great! They have dropped a lot. I still have some numbness in my left breast. That one has been the slow healing one since the beginning. Never any issues with my right. I still wear the same size shirt I did before Surgery. S/M I still dint know my bra size. I usually just wear bralettes or pasties. Bikini and bras are still hard to find that actually fit and don't flatten my chest. My boobs look bigger without a bra. I still get tenderness in my left side chest muscle if I over do it.
I'm going into Dr. Kenneth Wolf's office next week for a consultation on liposuction of my abdomen.. He did my breast augmentation about 12 yrs ago and he did a good job and now I have decided to go with him again for the second time around... I'm not for sure about cost or anything but I will discuss that with him next week Updated on 21 Dec 2015: December 21, 2015 I was disappointed with my consultation.. He said that I need to lose weight first in order for my lipo to be successful... I wanted lipo in my abs and waist area.. I've seen many people get lipo whose waist was large.. My waist is currently a size 35 mid waist and 38 at the bottom.. I wasn't going in for lipo for weight loss, I want lipo for a tighter flatter shapely waist and ab area... I'm already dieting and have lost some weight and I will continue to eat right and exercise even after my surgery..I don't understand..Has this ever happened to anyone else? Updated on 25 Dec 2015: Well I may be moving to Minnesota in January. So as I lose this weight, I'm going to now start looking for a really Good and professional PS there. But I'm wondering if I should just travel back to Michigan to get my surgery.. I'm very careful in my selection of doctors.. Because I care about my health before and after surgery .. Any recommendations?
The usual dose can range from 12-20 units. The 9 units would be considered a conservative amount. The results would be less long lasting but the results should still be visible.
It will not be a issue for the most part to do all three areas at the same time. The risk is so small to have a reaction of any kind that doing one or three areas would not make a difference. thanks Dr. Wolf
