I have visited Dr. Gilmore's office twice now. She and her staff are professional. They do use all precautions to eliminate the spread of Covid. I had facial injections. The procedure was explained. All questions were answered. Dr. Gilmore was proud of her work and made me even more excited about my choice to have in injections done. I highly recommend her work

Laser with bellafill 3 months later

I decided to have co2 laser done to help with acne scars and loss of elasticity due to being almost 50. Dr. Gilmore was wonderful and very tentative. She has a lot of experience with lasers which was my main reason for choosing her. Unfortunately, I would not do this again. I have had Fraxel and Erbium in the past but found co2re to be very painful despite numbing cream and lidocaine injections; I did not experience a lot of pain with the other lasers. My body would not stop shaking.

fluid-filled blister developed under my left eye

Dr. Kathleen Gilmore, Procerus owner/ operator, left me with a permanent 2" red scar under my eye, across my left cheek after she over-lasered my facial redness left from a previous treatment at Procerus.
