Dr. Kathleen Gilmore, Procerus owner/ operator, left me with a permanent 2" red scar under my eye, across my left cheek after she over-lasered my facial redness left from a previous treatment at Procerus. A gross, fluid-filled blister developed under my left eye, but Dr Gilmore ignored my phone call, never calling me back (her receptionist did) when she should have been treating my damage. After months of avoidance, the doctor finally misdiagnosed the facial blister as some genetic outgrowth with another one developing. (Totally wrong!) When I sent her "before" and "after" photos showing her what she'd done and requesting a refund, I got a wall of silence from her. Dr. Gilmore was as hard as nails, showed no empathy whatsoever, and was completely indifferent to my problem, never responding to my request. She wouldn't admit anything and kept the $300 she had over-charged me for the "correction" (to spend on her large Observer ads and new laser machines). Procerus is a shady, mediocre operation where I was damaged twice. I've been totally double-crossed by Dr. Kathleen Gilmore at every turn and am sorry I ever trusted this doctor. She advertises that she's a "woman-owned" business, but unfortunately, she lacks a conscience and has proven to be unethical, uncaring, and incompetent. I do not recommend Dr. Gilmore or Procerus.
