Dr. Kenkel is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with in any capacity. His office is run by professionals who care about their patients, and it runs so smoothly. Everyone is always on their A game. I had a neck lift, Thermage, upper eye, lower eye, brow lift and ablative laser treatment. He is cautious about if he will do a procedure and has an easy personality and works with you to decide the best treatments plan. He is the head of plastic surgery at a teaching hospital.

Breast Reduction from 32 H -GG to 34 DD - Dallas, TX

I've contemplated and researched this procedure for the last 6 years and finally decided to proceed with the help of insurance. I've always been a little self conscious but over last few years the rashes, back and neck pain, inability to excercise became too great. Dr. Kenkel and his staff have been amazing! Office review: The demeanor of the office staff is reflective of a doctor's practice and ethics

Horrific

I normally do not write reviews unless it's extremely good or extremely bad and in this case it's horrific. I'm having my breast reduction with Dr. Kenkel in Dallas, TX on 3/16/20. My current size is a 44DDD. After my second child my girls just doubled in size. My husband loves them and I wish I could get them smaller without surgery because he loves my nipple but unfortunately I have to have surgery. It's not many reviews on my doctor. Consultation Review - Avoid if Possible - Dallas, TX

The office staff was incredibly rude. When I arrived for my consultation, they did not even have my proper procedures marked down for discussion! Dr. Kenkel did not seem to mind that I had a bad experience when I mentioned it to him. My consultation was unprofessional at best and he seemed hurried to get me out and give me pricing so he could go on to the next patient.
