Mom of 4 with 80lbs Weight Loss.

Hello Real self!
I am going to document my journey on here so that some of the local information gets updated and so I can hopefully help others who are walking a similar path to mine.
I am a 33-year-old mom of 4. I was obese from around 24 years old til I started my fitness journey when I was 30. I have lost 80lbs through diet (macros) and exercise.
Now I struggle because my skin in my stomach hides my hard work. I have abs but they can not fully be seen due to the excessive skin. I am torn on if I want to go through with a mommy makeover. I suppose it will depend on pricing and if I can budget for it. But to have this skin removed would help me feel even better in my own body.
The other issue I have is I have NO boobs. I was small chested before kids, then they exploded and after breastfeeding 4 kids I have zero breast tissue left. They are empty skin sacks. Seriously, I roll them up into my bra like a freaking fruit roll up. It's disturbing.
With that said, if I have to choose I will choose to have breast augmentation first. I will post some photos of my chest and some of my goal boobs. I'll also post some photos of my stomach.
I have a consultation scheduled with Dr. David B. Reath on November 30th. I hope to come back on and update how the consultation goes on December 1st.
I do not know if I want above or below muscle. I think above would be best for healing and also because I lift heavy weights. But I don't know that I have the tissue to support/hide and above muscle implant. I plan on doing silicone.
If I do the tummy tuck I am very concerned about scaring. Ideally, I would like to do a reduced incision. I am going to see if this is possible.

Hey guys, I had my consultation with Dr. Death yesterday (30 Nov). Overall his staff was very nice and he took his time and answered my questions. I felt that the pricing that he offered was fair and up front. I definitely am keeping him in mind but I did decide that I want a few other consultations before I make my decision. Hopefully my timeline for having my procedure won't get pushed back too far. I am hoping to have Surgery around March. We shall see.
I have consultation scheduled for another local Dr. Dr. Jason Hall and I also have a consult scheduled with Dr. Chad Deal in Chattanooga TN.
Once I see them I will decide on more consultations or going with one of them.
The one thing that caught me off guard with my consult with Dr. Death is that he recommended my implant to be over the muscle since I am so into fitness. I am curious as to what the other providers will say.

Surgery Scheduled for March 4th

Hi all!
I am going in on March 4th for a drainless tummy tuck and a breast lift with augmentation. Not sure what size implant I will end up with. I am going under the muscle. My surgeon will use sizers and compare them to my goal photos in order to select the size that I need. It will probably be around 350CC.
I am going with Dr Jason Hall. I had consults with 3 surgeons and he just made me feelvextremly comfortable. Plus the photos I have seen of his work have all been very nice. He looks to be very detailed oreinted.
I have my pre surgery visit in February. At which point I will probably update again.
