Lip lift -53 years old

WORTH IT$3,000
I had a lip lift along with my bra line lift. I decided to post them in a different review as it comes as a solo surgery for many of you.
I have very thin lips. I have tried filler for the last few years and they just suck it out in 4 months. It was getting to expensive. So, Dr Hall suggested a lip lift.

Hi. I think you look much improved Why aren't you sure? I have a question: when you don't have make up on is that scar going away or is it going to be there pretty obvious with no make up on?

You cannot see it now. It's really invisible. I Do have a stitch that has given me a bump. But, when that goes away I should be good to go.

My lips are very uneven. I know I’m swollen but when the swelling goes down I can see it’s gonna look like this but not swollen.
It’s super difficult not to like how I look. Then, pay thousands of dollars to not get much improvement. I feel silly for doing this now. I will keep posting though the healing process.

Do not worry. It is healing. Do you know how many mms were removed?

No, I don't. I will have to ask him on Thursday.

He told me that my measurement was 22mm and he took off 9mm. I think I'm still going to need filler to balance it all out.
December 27, 2019
Thank you. Imo you should do an independent measurement with a ruler of your philtrum. I feel less than 9 mms was taken off.

So, I just had my son measure. AND you're right!! If our measurements are correct then only 2-TWO mm were removed.

So, my husband came home and measured for me an he said it measured 15mm. So, if that is right then 9mm were taken. But, sadly that did not make much of a change. Ive had several surgeries this year and I'm worn out emotionally, physically and financially.

Do not worry. It is definitely an improvement and you should give it time to heal. After having seen a lot of lip lifts my guess is the actual amount removed is midway between the two measurements you took. 5 mm or so. You current philtrum looks 16-17 mms to me. See how it looks in a couple of months. Many ladies get a revision lip lift .

Always such an emotional roller coaster ride for me. Happy/sad, happy/sad. This morning I can see how my lips could even out. But, resting lips still look funny to me.
