Was gonna get a bbl first but my BMI is probably too high (5"2 weighing 180) and the downtime is something I can't do at the moment. My actual experience was really painful at first, as the procedure went on it lessened a bit. Still was painful tho. I was awake the whole time under general anesthesia.
