So this week has been the best so far a lot of swelling has gone down just in time for my Bday 3/9 I woke up yesterday and looked at myself and said YESSSSSS I WILL SLAY TODAY I did all WEEK TO BE HONEST I'm feeling great still swollen but down to 37inch waist OMGGGGGGG SUPER EXCITED TEARS especially since doctor said it will be at least another 5 to 6 more inches . I really haven't seen this size all my adult life in stomach area would lose weight and the stomach would stand its ground of sitting with me ;(. I'm GLAD TO BE SAYING GOODBYE SOON AND BACKROLLS BE GONE . Here is some updated pics

what diet are you following? I am 8 days post op on just my entire stomach area.
I afraid I don't understand your Question,is it because you are smaller and only 8 days post opt or the amount of time it's taking me I'm confused please clarify your question
You posted your eating plan and I was asking what plan are you following. I am trying not to eat salt.
Good morning and Happy Bday ,Monday, Wed,Fri, I don't eat meat at all I eat fruit and veggies and a slice of multi Grain toast ,and a boiled egg white with a little paper
Correction pepper, Tuesday, Thursday ,Saturday and Sunday I have same light Breakfast of a slice of Toast maybe some fresh avocado and boiled egg white only,lunch a piece of lean meat and salad after,and for dinner fruit and Veggies or Salad

No,but as my sides get small and the stretch marks are shrinking I expected that thou because I didn't see them until now .
Did you get you stomach done .I got my sides flanks part abdomen and back rolls done. Thinking about getting my stomach done next year if I can loose it like I want too.

Today has been good as far as energy is concerned ,but the swelling is the most today can't wait for this part to be over. However yesterday I tried on one of my swimsuit from last year and although I'm still very swollen I can see the improvement I just cant wait for everything to go down to really see results .My new diet is surprisingly easy to follow for me I guess because I used to be a vegetarian its not so bad since now I'm eating all the healthy things in life again.

Nothing just taking it easy I took a shower ,but he said not heating pads or ice .He told me that when I see him on Tuesday I would be swollen and he would him me something to make it go down or use machine for it .

Today my back is so swollen along with everything else I know its time to be drained. Since my next appointment is Tuesday I think I'm going to get it done then. Geesh I can't believe tomorrow makes a week for me already .

Hello i went back to work but left half day because the swelling was just to much to be sitting for long hours.I go to my appointment tomorrow going to get drained lord knows I need it.

Omg That's exactly how my back and my stomach was this morning still swelling but not that bad anymore. Truthfully I think this is the worst part

Yes he did it felt like I was being deflated I was so swollen but its still a little swelling in the areas the draining doesn't take away all of the swollen I wish it did still have to have some natural decreasing he said but the water pills will help with that.

hey love I've been MIA , but I'm doing well still swelling slowing decreasing so I'm taking it day by day. I guess the water pills are working because I haven't really been uncomfortable with the swelling its now manageable however I have now moved in to knotting up everywhere, along with sporadic burning , pinching pain boy oh boy this is a journey I can't wait to be over the healing. How are you did you get drained ?
Hey I get drained my stomach went down a lIL . I still have fluid I. my stomach I feel it . I had to get a tighter garment n I'm having that pinching pain n burning as well . it's not a good feeling I'll b glad this is over .
Glad it went down I still have some fluid on the left side I took some pics will post tomorrow . I actually have some liposuction burns as well on the right they are not pretty and I can't wait for these creases in to go away . Oh I got my garments from WWW.LEONISA.COM they are on amazon you will get it next day on prime Dr. said it was a really good one I brought 3 .
