I was concerned primarily with loss of elasticity in my jaw line , chin & neck area. Thought it was time to do a mini-face lift. Dr. Gladstone advised me to wait a bit longer to go under the knife. Instead we opted for 4 less invasive treatments. IPL for surface which was fantastic btw. Pro-found Laser along the chin and neck for tightening over time and the thread lift for immediate results. Dr. Gladstone has very skilled hands and also did some fillers in my temples that finally elevated my eye area with some botox for the crows feet.

I am quite pleased with the results and will follow up with pics ! I am glad that I went with these less invasive procedures as per the doc's recommendations. The down time was minimal and after about the 1st week my swelling was down from the profound.

I found the staff very accommodating as well and my experience overall an EXCELLENT one !! I will continue to see Dr. Gladstone for rejuvenating procedures.

It was very a very positive experience. I am happy with results. Healing time short due to his top notch skills as a surgeon. There are surgery rooms right there at the clinic so i saved the money of a hospital room. Dr. Gladstone personally checked in on me every day after the surgery despite the holiday. He is a sensitive and compationate doctor. I am thankful I found him! I shopped around for several years. He is the best!

I have been a realself member for years now and have truly found great appreciation for the stories, reviews, and recommendations written by those members who give their true unbiased opinions about the treatment, results and doctors. Since I’ve had the profound treatment (one of the most popular treatments today) I decided to write a review in hopes that I provide the insight to this AMAZING treatment and doctor who gave me the results I’ve wished to have for Years! So, here’s my experience, results, and honest account as to how Dr. Gladstone, his staff, and the Profound treatment have brought me hope and confidence.

I am a 28 year old mixed (Spanish, French and Mexican) female, healthy and in good shape. In my early teens I developed stretch marks on my hips, outer and inner thighs, and buttocks. I was never over weight and believe the stretch marks developed due to hormones imbalance and lack of skin elasticity. Throughout the years, before the profound treatment, I tried EVERYTHING!! From creams, oils, CO2, Lux 1540 and all else with no results what so ever. With the last bit of hope I decided to do research to find the latest treatments out there and found the profound treatment. The skin issues that profound is known for improving are acne scars, wrinkles and sagging skin. In reading how the profound machine works and reviews on women who’ve treated their stretch marks with profound, I decided to give it a try.

Dr. Gladstone and his staff are kind, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! Treatment costs are reasonable and are very clear as to the expectation of any treatment. Dr. Gladstone is also one of the Best Doctors in the Bay Area wining a number of awards and has years of experience! If you have any skin issues/concerns, he is the doctor to see!!

I had the Profound Treatment done a little over 6 months ago. I noticed results after A MONTH post treatment and was honestly in SHOCK as to how well it worked!! The texture of my skin improved by about 25%. (I plan to upload the before and after photos taken from my first profound treatment.. as we all know photos are everything!!)

Dr. Gladstone had recommended two treatments during my initial consultation and am scheduled to have my second treatment tomorrow. I can’t be More EXCITED!!!

Dr. Gladstone's bedside manner, patience, integrity and follow up protocol is phenomenal, I no longer look hollow and sunken and it's all in the experience of the injector; in addition, the different types of placement used and different depths of placement. Dr. Gladstone is a heaven sent, at my age I need the Best of the Best I'm I'm so grateful I found my BPF - Best Physician Forever :D

My lower part was always heavier with a lot of cellulite, from upper hips all the way down to my knees. I started seriously exercising and dieting in my late thirties. Within a year I managed to drop 4 dress sizes, but nothing could address the cellulite. I felt great when I was wearing a dress but wearing a swimsuit made me nervous. I heard about new radio frequency device called Profound and decided to give it a try. I went to Dr. Gladstone for a consultation and decided to go forward with the procedure. Dr. Gladstone gave me many numbing shots plus injected lots of lidocaine just as if I was having a liposuction. He treated upper mid part of my thighs where the problem was the worst. The procedure took about two hours and was not painful. I felt a little pinch here and there but it was pretty tolerable. Dr. Gladstone used two different handles with different needles. The longer needles were for more skin tightening and fat melting and shorter needles were to address the cellulite and enforce skin tightening. As a matter of fact, I heard a little noise when he was inserting longer needles that, as the doctor explained to me, are designed also for a submental area under the chin. It sounded like a frying bacon... I am not kidding, I heard fat melting... It was a little freaky...
After the procedure, an ointment was applied. I was told to ice the treated areas and not to exercise my lower body for at least two days. Unfortunately I skipped the icing and ultimately paid the price-- I swelled up and bruised. The bruising and swelling lasted a week but when it started to go away, I noticed right away a much smoother, tighter skin where it was treated by Profound. It has been one month after the procedure and I can definitely see a lot of improvement. I was told, I'll see the final result in 6 months. I am very excited because I see improvement even in the surrounding areas that were close to the treated areas. I was impatient and went back to the gym in about 3 days after the procedure and I wonder if it enhanced the positive results from Profound. Now that I know it works, I am going to treat the rest of my legs and my lower glutes

I had Profound Lift on my sagging knees and the area above, the results look really promising. This is a one time procedure with several passes on the area, unlike Infini with several procedure and three passes and results in my opinion were disappointing. In a few months I'll post an after picture.

I did BodyTite, much better results.

Dr.Gladstone is excellent with Botox and fillers. Some people look like chipmunks after such procedures. His work is seamless. I had deep wrinkles around my eyes, on my forehead and deep lines running from my nose past my lips. Dr. Gladstone filled in the lines and my face looks very natural. I am very pleased with the results. Worth every penny.

Being a guy over 40, I thought I would look into skin care treatments that would help keep me competitive in the San Francisco Bay Area market. I read an article in men's fitness about Dr. Hayes Gladstone and realized he opened a new clinic in San Ramon California. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. When I met with Dr. Gladstone he was very calming and knowledgeable. The skin tightening treatment called "profound" interested me. It helps to create/maintain a chiseled jaw line. Here's a description of how it works. Profound's technology is a machine manufactured by Syneron utilizing a hand piece with a disposable cartridge made up of an array of radiofrequency energy needles. The hand piece is then placed by the doctor on the areas that have been pre-determined to provide maximal effect. Then needles penetrate into the skin and release heat for a specific amount of time at a precise temperature and depth. This high energy then stimulates the body to make new collagen and elastic tissue. I like that idea. So I made an appointment for the following week. When I arrived the assistant applied numbing cream to the treated area. The treatment took about hour, wasn't painful and after two months I started to see great results. I highly recommend having Dr. Gladstone preform this brand new cutting edge firming treatment called "Profound."

I'm still happy with the profound treatment. It's been 1 year, 1 1/2 months since I've had the procedure. No side effects. Expect a firmer jaw line. There's no distortion for fat loss in my face. I was told it would last 2 years or so. Only time will tell. But my jaw line still looks firm.
