I cannot explain into words how happy I am with absolutely everything with Dr. Snider. I was referred to him by one of my good friends for breast augmentation and a lift, and the moment I had my consultation with him I knew he was the right doctor. I had seen many other doctors and there was just no comparison I felt just at home. His whole staff is just welcoming and so warm and friendly and they treat you as family and so does Dr. Snider, I felt as if I had no worries. He listened to me and all of my concerns and to what I was looking for and it was like he just knew exactly what I was talking about but at the same time gave me his professional insight which I was so very thankful for because I had my mind set on a certain implant because of pictures I thought looked good, and after he educated me It was different then I thought. I am so happy that I listened to him and went with his suggestion because he was absolutely right. I am one who is very nervous about surgery and being put under and with covid restrictions obviously I had to do all of it by myself at the hospital and a soon as Dr Snider showed up and talked to me I seriously felt like I had a family member there with me and I was instantly relieved. He even brought a picture with him of the example that I was looking for just to make sure one last time we were on the right page. He reassured me of everything and I just felt so peaceful after that. And then I got to meet his anesthesiologist Dr Shanker and he was absolutely phenomenal as well and between the two of them they made me feel perfect which has never happened before surgery for me. Even going into the OR I felt at peace and when I arrived in there they were all just waiting for me and made me feel so wonderful and dr Snider and dr shanker were right by my side the whole time making me feel so peaceful and not worried. Doctor Snider even held and patted my hand as I was getting ready to go out, and I cannot tell you how reassuring that was for me as I seriously felt as if I once again had a family member by my side. I am absolutely more than 100% satisfied and so so happy with my results and I am only 5 days post op. I haven't even taken any pain meds except for Tylenol and Ibuprofen and I haven't even experienced that much pain I have been pretty comfortable the whole time and my healing is going phenomenal. He did exactly what I wanted with his professional insight and all I can say is he is so truly talented. They are absolutely beautiful and I know this is just the beginning. My whole experience was absolutely phenomenal in that is not one thing I usually say about surgery as the whole thing is usually terrifying for me or my results have not come out how I wanted in the past. I never again will have anything done unless it is with dr Snider and I have already referred two of my friends to him who one just had surgery and the other will be having surgery with him this Spring . I truly trust him and his team with everything and my life. Thank you so much for this amazing experience And for all you do I already have so much more confidence :) Updated on 18 Feb 2021: Here is 5 weeks post op I healed perfect and my scars even look amazing for only 5 weeks !!!!!:) so happy !!! This is 400 and 425 cc round moderate plus with a lift !! I am so happy and I cannot believe how easy my recovery is !! He cleared me at 3 weeks for all activity:)
I decided to get implants 16 years ago. I was an A/B cup to begin with. I didn't want to get them too small and with I had gone bigger so my goal was to be a D cup. My right breast was smaller than the left side. I believe my left implant was 495cc and my right was 510cc. After gaining 30lbs, they were way to heavy. I've had pain in my neck and upper back. I've also had various health problems. My surgery was on December 23, 2020. I was super nervous the day of surgery. I've been reading others reviews on here to prepare mentally. After surgery, I wasn't in too much pain. The ride home was not fun. I was pretty sore when I got home. I took some med and fell asleep. I'm drinking green juices in hopes that it will help me heal faster. Today is December 24th and I'm feeling better. I'm currently only taking Motrin for the pain. I've been sleeping on and off throughout the day. I have a Breg Polar Care Cube that I'm using to ice my chest. My stomach was sore from the fat transfer. I used My Chicago CBD pain cream on my stomach to help with the pain. I had my green juice again today and added some more food. I was able to take a shower today but had to make sure the shower water didn't hit the tape. Updated on 1 Jan 2021: It been 10 days and I’m still sore in my stomach area from the fat transfer. I’ve been massaging my stomach daily and that helps. Today I was out and had to sit straight up for along while. It was very uncomfortable so I had to stand up. I haven’t had much pain in my breasts. Every once in a while I’ll have a sharp pain but it goes away pretty quick. Other then that, my incisions see to be healing fine. Last night, I was able to wash my hair pretty easily. My husband has been very helpful and dried my hair for me. Updated on 1 Jan 2021: These were taken 9 days post op. Updated on 9 Jan 2021: My healing seems to be going well. My stomach was sore from the fat transfer. I was told I didn’t need to wear any type of compression clothing however I decided to buy something to wear due to he soreness. It’s been much better since I started wearing it. I bought two types. One just goes around the waist. The other pull on like underwear. As far as the lift, I’ve been able to do most things like normal. I’ve been avoiding lifting anything heavy. Every once in a while I will get a sharp pain. Possible nerves healing? Not sure.
Dr. Snider did an amazing job on my neck, eyes, and face! It’s now 3 months post-surgery. I am 100% satisfied and I couldn’t be happier with the results from my face lift. Before my surgery, I saw two top plastic surgeons in Denver, both highly recommended Dr. Snider. One plastic surgeon even said he would choose Dr. Snider for his own cosmetic surgery. Before the procedure, I had a big concern with surgery in and around my eyes, since I have “Dry Eyes”. I couldn’t be happier with my final results. He fixed my dry eye problem with a technique that pinches the skin on each side of the eye. I absolutely love how I have almond shaped eyes, like when I was young, and I don’t even need eye drops anymore! The other thing I love is how incredibly smooth and tight my skin is. I look youthful with very little makeup. If you are like me, I conduct through research before making a big decision like a face lift. It was very helpful for me to see the images of possible results and to speak with a patient of Dr. Sniders, who had been through the same facelift procedure that I was considering. My before and after photos are located at Dr. Snider’s office. His excellent staff would be happy to show my photos if you’d like to stop in, then we can talk if you have questions. I have zero regrets. I had no complications and I’ve received numerous compliments on how young I look. Dr. Snider is precise and a true artist. I got the exact results I wanted, natural and beautiful. I would and will refer Dr. Snider to my friends, family and acquaintances looking to have work done! Mary H.
I’m very nervous but super excited to have my procedure done next week. If you have any advice, please share with me!!!! I’m getting an mini TT, correcting minor diastasis and lipo to the abdomen and flanks. Had my pre-op today and hoping everything will go smoothly next week! Can wait to have my old self back. I’m 5’2” - 120lbs - 2 kids - both c-sections Updated on 9 Nov 2017: Just wanted to add these as a reference. Updated on 18 Nov 2017: It’s 4:20am. Surgery was yesterday at 11:30am. I felt fantastic all day and night. I’m awake because I woke up every 3h to pee. Aside from that minor discomfort where they sew the muscle but overall feel great. No need from pain killers aside from what they gave me at the hospital. If you can talk to your doctor about exparel get it! I want to think that’s why I am in no pain at all. Pics to come! Updated on 18 Nov 2017: I absolutely love my doctor!!!! He just called me and gave me his personal cell in case I needed to get a hold of him. I feel fantastic, taking antibiotics and ibuprofen. I’m obviously swollen but I am so happy so far Updated on 20 Nov 2017: It’s been only over 72h and I feel fantastic. Arlene, doctor Snider’s nurse, called today to ask how my weekend was. She was pleasantly surprised to hear that I was doing so well. No pain, no drugs at all. Only ibuprofen around the clock and that enough to feel great. I’ve been resting a lot, my mom and my husband are taking really good care of me and the kiddos so I can take time to fully heal. I think I’ll post pictures on day 7. No much progress so far. Flat but swollen and bruised on the sides. Updated on 21 Nov 2017: Well, I was draining so little and with the holidays in the middle (thanksgiving) I just got my drain removed. What a relieve!!! It was uncomfortable but not painful. I was so scared. I am so happy with Arlene, Vanessa, Kathy and Dr. Snider. They are all so helpful, sweet and professional. I am still super swollen but I feel great. Continue to take ibuprofen to make sure I continue to be comfortable. I can wait to feel normal again... getting closer every day, specially now that the drain is OUT. This was the most annoying thing from the surgery. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. Updated on 23 Nov 2017: Well, it’s day 6 and I feel amazing! Sleeping almost horizontally and slowly getting back to my normal life. Not driving yet (just being cautious) since I was never in pain killers. Overall, feeling great. Updated on 30 Nov 2017: I continue to do well! Swelling is now only close to the incision. I am gaining mobility back and can’t wait to start working out. So tough not to be able to lift my babies but it is what it is. I’ll post some pictures tomorrow :) Updated on 1 Dec 2017: Ok. These were from this morning. I feel really good and so far, I’m very happy with the results. I am still drinking tons of water to help with the swelling and back to work (I have a desk job) and no complaints there either. I really want to go back to work out but I understand that I have to be patient and wait. Updated on 8 Dec 2017: No more bruising but still a lot of swelling specially around the incision. Still wearing my binder religiously to the point that when I don’t have it (to shower or massage) I feel weird. Some pics too! Updated on 15 Dec 2017: Just wanted to share some pics ;) Updated on 16 Jan 2018: The pics are from 8 weeks. Everything looks better by the hour. I had a follow up appointment today and the PS said that the BB should go in if not it’s a minor correction at the office. We will see in 2 months. I’m not sure I want anything else done!
Dr. Snider in my opinion is one of the best plastic surgeons I've met.. The offices are very comfortable and the staff is delightful. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and made me feel more relaxed going into surgery. Most importantly he did a fantastic job doing my rhinoplasty! I highly recommend Dr. Snider for anyone looking for the best in plastic surgery.
I've always had good size breasts but after nursing 3 children for a year each. I wanted to lift my breasts I hated how I looked in sports bras and just didn't feel that great in certain clothes because my breast's were so heavy and saggy. He also helped tone up my stomach getting rid of access stubborn fat that strict diet and exercise just weren't cutting. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Dr. Sniders office to anyone. He is very good at what he does and in my opinion that best in the business.
I was heavy since puberty and thnik I've tried every diet...was a roller coaster dieter. Have almost reached my goal weight many many times then gained every lb. back and then some.I'm 5'1" and was 198 lbs. I finally decided to get some medical help and after jumping through all the insurance hoops I was able to get the lapband... best decision I EVER made. I have lost 70 lbs in the past year!!! Just before the surgery I needed to lose 10% of my body weight (for insurance reasons) so I started going to Zumba. (It is a dance exercise class with upbeat latin music). After my lapband surgery recovery I continued with the classes and haven't stopped. Although I've lost all this weight and am in terrific shape I have a fair amount of excess skin on my tummy and my breasts hang like billiard balls in socks (seriously). I've gone this far with my transformation, I am ready for the next step... plastic surgery! I won't lie I am a bit frightened but am more excited about the end result! Its so amazing to feel good and not be tired just climbing a few steps. After surgery no more frumpy loose fitting tops to hide under ! WOOHOO Updated on 21 Nov 2012: Had my surgery on 11/2/12!! I heard horror stories that the first few weeks would be very painful and I would be bent over but much to my surprise I was able to stand almost erect and had some discomfort but nothing like what I feared...I attribute this to my surgeon.. Dr. Snider....as I do not have a very high tolerance for pain! I walked with assistance the day of surgery and was able to walk on my own since then... My pain level never rose above a 4 on a scale of 1-10. I am still swollen around the tummy tuck area, and tender around the nipple area but I understand that is normal. I am so pleased with the entire process... all my questions and concerns were addressed... my comfort level was very important to all people involved with my proceedure and aftercare....drain removal and follow up with Dr. Snider was excellent. I am so pleased I took this step on my path to a healthier life. I would recommend Dr. Snider to anyone who wants a surgeon who is thorough, gentle, and has a great staff. Thank You !!!
Great experience and I'm definitely please with the overall results. There are only a couple things I would change if I could: 1. I either would have had them placed over the muscle OR I would have gone at least 50cc's larger on either side (maybe both!). 2. I would have price shopped around a little more. From what I can tell I might have been able to save quite a bit on the surgery and not compromised on the quality.
It was 2 years ago that I had a rhinoplasty, mini-facelift and upper blepharaplasty.......with poor results from all three surgeries. I wish I had every penny back that I spent in this office. My nose looks like a square box since Dr. Snider cut off the tip and made it shorter......no contour.....no shape; my face wasn't lifted at all, only my neck (which wasn't even an issue) and there is more skin around my eyes than ever! My eyebrows completely fell. I have been so depressed with the results and furthermore, my breathing is getting worse and worse!!!!! Wish I had gone to a Maxi facial plastic surgeon who knows about faces!!
I'm 39 years old & I'm having my surgery on Sept 9th in Denver, Co. (It wouldn't let me put today's date). I had my 1st son when I was 14 years old. You can imagine what that did to my body. I've wanted a tummy tuck ever since. After having 2 more kids and breast feeding all 3 my body has required a bit more work. I've hated my body for years & that's lead to depression. The way I feel about myself has caused problems in my relationships...I prefer to keep a shirt on because I'm self conscious about my wrecked tummy & saggy boobs. I've finally decided that I will never be financially ready for something like this so I might as well just make it happen before I get any older & more depressed. I'm scared, nervous & excited. Pretty much an emotional train wreck at this point. Over the past few weeks my relationship has fallen apart rather quickly. I think he's finally over my insecurities & cannot understand my emotions about this procedure. We are very disconnected so I no longer have the support I had when I scheduled. I'm sure that's making my anxiety worse. I can't wait until this is over. Updated on 10 Sep 2016: I'm doing surprisingly well! The only issue I've had so far is nausea the 1st couple times I got up after surgery. I threw up a little bit the 2nd time & that was awful. My surgery was at 11am & I was home by midnight. I'm thankful I bought a walker off Craigslist. It's helping out a great deal with the strain on my back while walking. I'm only talking 1 Percocet every 4.5 hrs and ibuprofen in between 2 times. I'm also taking arnica and bromelain for bruising and swelling. Updated on 12 Sep 2016: Things are going well. Not much to complain about besides my back hurting when I'm up and about for too long. Other than that not much pain to speak of. Hoping to get this drain out & another binder Friday or Monday. I can't believe I stressed so much about the recovery...it hasn't been too bad. The only other complaint I have is that I want everything I shouldn't eat. I'd love some chips and salsa and a smothered burrito. Updated on 13 Sep 2016: At the moment I feel like the most miserable part of my recovery is being forced to watch something awful on tv ... Either because the remote is too far and I refuse to get up again or everyone else is enjoying it and I'm stuck here watching it too. I hope I never have to watch Starship Troopers again as long as I live. The volume situation is also driving me crazy every night. I feel like I'm sitting in the gd movie theater. I should've invested in ear plugs and and eye mask. Those of you preparing for surgery should add those items to your must have list if you have to recover in the living room. Valium...take me away... Updated on 14 Sep 2016: Day 4 was my worst day. Had a horrible experience with constipation. Stool softeners don't work for [RS bleep]...literally. I was exhausted all day after that ordeal. All day I was so tight I could barely move. In the evening while my binder was drying I got a scratched in my throat that could only be cleared out with a cough. The second time I thought I was going to die yesterday. I felt like everything ripped apart and all I could do was cry. Today I wok feeling much better all around. The sweeping seems better & I've had 2 normal bms. However butt is still super sore from yesterday's trip to the pot. That almost required an ice pack. I was thankful I had a bottle of witch hazel in the fridge. The cold soaked cotton ball provided instant relief. I seems to have more energy today, I'm standing more upright & my drain seems to be collecting less fluid. Updated on 17 Sep 2016: It's crazy how good I'm feeling. Been off the Percocet for a couple days now. And in my bed going on 3 nights. Still very tight, swollen and not standing completely upright, but I woke up feeling pretty darn good. Got ready and drove to my sons football game this morning, came home took care of some stuff around the house, took a short nap, made dinner & now I'm just chillin. I feel like my energy level doubled since yesterday. My only issue is it's looking like I might have a little infection starting around my drain & it's leaking every now and then at the incision. Hopefully I can get it out Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I'm over it. I'm ready for these tapes to be changed to I can take some new pics. I'm so glad I haven't gone through the emotional stuff I keep reading about. I guess I got all of that out prior to surgery. Happy healing friends. Hope everyone is doing well. Updated on 19 Sep 2016: I feel amazing today!!! Tons of energy. Almost standing completely straight. Ran a bunch of errands and got my nails done. 1st day with no nap & only took 600mg of ibuprofen. Looks like the drain is coming out tomorrow! Can't wait! I'll post new pics after they change my tapes. They look nasty because they're covered in black lint from my yoga pants. Updated on 21 Sep 2016: Yesterday was day 11. I went in for my follow up and had my drain removed...I do not miss that thing. Everything is looking great & my energy is increasing with everyday. I feel like my life is getting back to normal. Yesterday went like any normal day off. Rams errands, picked up the kids, went grocery shopping, made dinner, did the dishes & helped with homework. Lovin it. I was totally prepared for the worst. Updated on 26 Apr 2019: I absolutely love everyone at this office! There is no pressure. Everyone is kind and compassionate. Dr. Snider is amazing, always makes me feel comfortable and he’s made me feel confident about my body with the beautiful job he did on my tummy tuck and breast lift. You can barely even see my scars!! He’s doing my breast implants very soon. My lift looks great and everyone thinks they’re perfect how they are. I just want them more plump. I know I was super annoying during the process of my 1st surgery and nobody ever showed any sign of irritation with my nervousness and 5000 questions. I recommend him to anyone interested in cosmetic procedures. My procedure was done September 9, 2016. The app won’t let me date back that far.
