Breast implant removal with fat transfer and nipple reduction

My healing seems to be going well. My stomach was sore from the fat transfer. I was told I didn’t need to wear any type of compression clothing however I decided to buy something to wear due to he soreness. It’s been much better since I started wearing it. I bought two types. One just goes around the waist. The other pull on like underwear.
As far as the lift, I’ve been able to do most things like normal. I’ve been avoiding lifting anything heavy. Every once in a while I will get a sharp pain. Possible nerves healing? Not sure.

It been 10 days and I’m still sore in my stomach area from the fat transfer. I’ve been massaging my stomach daily and that helps. Today I was out and had to sit straight up for along while. It was very uncomfortable so I had to stand up.

I haven’t had much pain in my breasts. Every once in a while I’ll have a sharp pain but it goes away pretty quick. Other then that, my incisions see to be healing fine.

Last night, I was able to wash my hair pretty easily. My husband has been very helpful and dried my hair for me.
