BBL, Lipo and Mini TT

34 y/o mom of one (c-section). I've always carried my weight in the worst places so that even when I was thin or weighed less than friends the same height as me, I always looked fatter. My stomach, upper arms, back, and neck have always been my trouble spots. I saved up for over a year then had a consultation with Dr. Markmann in February of this year. I chose him because of the pictures I saw here, especially the abdominal sketching. It wasn't that I wanted a 6-pack I just felt like that showed a high level of skill and understanding of aesthetics. He seemed knowledgeable in my consultation of the "look" I was describing to him and when he said he had been doing BBLs for 25+ years I was very comfortable choosing him for the procedure. But with his schedule and my schedule I had to schedule the procedure for December which wasn't a huge deal to me I was able to lose about 30 pounds between my February consultation and December procedure which actually took off two hours from my procedure time. I took these photos a few days before the surgery.

These are how I looked a week after the surgery. My stomach is still pretty swollen so doesn’t look flat or anything. My ass looks quite big from behind but the side profile is not great probably because my lower back is swollen too

A lot of the initial swelling is going down but my lower abdomen is still really hard and stiff. But I can tell that the starting point for the stiff area is going lower and lower. I have a 29-inch waist now (I started with 32). My butt still looks pretty
